Probably some disappointed KDNC holders moving some money over here. No news really, projects progressing fine, but it was a reality check for some dreaming/speculating about imminent Sonora JV sale or acceleration, etc. So many of those wanting more exposure to lithium will pivot to EMH.

Well reasoned, thanks. I see a small contradiction about how it was BCN's best interest to keep the resource unproven but it's somehow a positive when it comes to negotiating with Gangfeng. I also held BCN, I don't think that deal was fair and square and I expect them to treat us no different. We cannot find our share of studies or the plant, and we need the money. We don't know a lot of contractual details. It's too early to put a value on that. In any case, I expect at least some of the fringe assets to bear fruit, the more the better.
As you say and I said myself, I would hold on to DEV to change our risk profile and open up opportunities (provide revenue for exportation, investments). It'll do wonders to our share price in time, I'm sure of that.

Come back down and keep your feet on the ground. This company needs to start moving, visibly, because our has been still so long it looks legally dead.

Booobla, I believe its a bit contra-productive to trigger one party with childish comments. You're more than welcome to share information and your opinion, but please do it respectfully and don't get pulled in.

You said no sign off until July, and in the past you insisted on share price targets than I found unrealistic and they never came to be. It's a bit inflammatory to claim radical things with no justification whatsoever, ignore past inaccuracies of predictions, then sit back on the high horse and ride off into the sunset.

This is getting ridiculous, frankly. Perhaps Twohits had 35 comments, but he was in a discussion with many other shareholders. Care to count the number of posts of them too? The were many. I don't think either side of that discussion is right, denouncing certain holders for not being 100% on the same page with what I consider extreme optimism is ridiculous. Dial it down or this board is dead. The constant witch-hunt and patting of each others back for saying ever bigger things out of thin air... Somewhat entertaining, but doesn't add any value.

Yeah, that's actually a scary contraindicator, EV. Fortunately our valuation is not directly dependent, the story remains intact.

Personally I share the view of Twohits regarding the valuation of our Sonora JV. I don't think it's nearly as significant as some other investors here think. I also think Amapa and EMH the main contributors here with some long term speculative assets - not bad ones - occasionally getting sold off for some profit.

I haven't researched them well enough to understanding the risk/reward situation with those stocks. Personally, when I'm low on cash and an opportunity presents itself, I look at my "well performing" positions first with cold calculating eyes. Not specific advise of course, just a comment in general.

I don't think it's realistic to expect a quick and spectacular sale of our JV share. In any case, we were referring to taking our share up to 49% in DEV.

Holding a share in an active mining company doesn't turn KDNC into a miner but it does wonders to its risk profile and financials. I'm in favour of selling speculative assets to increase our stake in DEV and EMH.

Many got lucky and entered much lower - they will take some profit at a price what may already mean a multiples of what they paid. Many traders will sell simply to lock in a 20-30% gain - they don't care about fundamentals. I am happy to see their orders snapped up, simply because that means a higher entry point / cost basis - this provides support, rinse and repeat. The price will get there, it's never a straight line.

Fingers, that just implies that Tesla is not our buyer. VW probably is.

Yes degsie, KM being back in Brazil so soon is promising. I expect some good news falling out of that one way or another - just not sure how big.
