How about missing all announced deadlines on every millstone, even self set - yes, including offtakes - and staying very quiet about any progress on what SMS is doing (supposedly 18 months, looking overdue) or the EIA/DFS in general (years overdue)?

Totally justified. AGM coming up. Might worth a letter to some of the biggies to check their appetite to kick him out.

What abilities? Talking about milestones then missing them consistently? Never mentioning this or the reasons. No reports on progress, zero transparency. Bull**** and repeat of rehashed slides? Some abilities he has.

Wondering about that is an annual tradition.

I recall Keith wants binding offtakes. Well, no binding offtakes before DFS, no DFS before EIA, etc. This is another made up timeline by KC.

I believe antelopes very valid point is that the company is disfunctional as far as shareholders and the market is concerned and it's on Keith and the board.

We must use the next AGM to recertify this. In my view, we must invalidate all pending performance shares/options and set new ones linked to milestones that unlock share value.
Base remuneration must be modest to reflect past performance .
And then there's the matter of directors with unclear value and loyalty.

If optimism is all it takes, why aren't we rich yet? We're supposed to be long producing by now according to the original plans.

I'm pleased to see that there's some stability in the world. The posts on this board still alternate so that there's one by Mike and one by a random other share holder, so Mike takes up the usual 50% but maybe not more. His content also unchanged. Extra stability. Fun. :)

FB - arguably, EMH falls into a third category. It's both flying under the radar and also consistently missing self declared milestones.

Come on, it's not fair to ask Mike to move on with his grievances while other people don't and still pick on him. I would really like this board to resume being "normal", focusing on the company and current events and not so much about the posters. It has been weeks now, surely this can only be counter-productive for the share.

The US investor interest was so high that on some days you could hear the wind blow from one deserted ticker to the next. Thank god we keep throwing money at these listings.

Mike, pushing this conflict further is also clearly considered to be aggressive. Read the room. Please, accept this, have closure, return to rationality. Yes, people will disagree here, some will ramp, some will do the opposite. It's the LSE board after all. We don't need to freak out and revert to the exact same topic every single time something triggers us.
