Beyond the many questions regarding the importance of German support, why does EMH dilute to get it rather than Geomet - 51% owned by CEZ - since that's the entity tasked with the project and it's supposed to be "fully funded to investment decision" as a result is EMH giving up 100% ownership. This move reeks, KC. Explain yourself or be gone.

Who here really thinks that a company like CEZ "aligns itself" with EMH, and on the top of it, it considers the supposed "integrity" of its CEO a positive. Pretty naive/delusional. In similar circumstances, it's usually the opposite.

What matters is that actual executive performance is in negative territory. He gives off the vibe of a man who is well of regardless of what the shareholders think and just plays for time. Very suspicious. A name comes to mind, some Peter S, a man with supposedly huge integrity. :)
