Even with green list and if you have been double jabbed you still have to take a pcr test prior to arrival into uk (48 hours before, this is age 4 and above) and then your day 2 test as well. So 2 jabs still for every UK traveller minimum

I want rant how obese people jumped the cue for the jabs, utter joke that they now benefit and will only need the 2 tests rather than full 3.

IMO the reason why it dropped off yesterday into close like it did was wordquant increasing their short by 0.1% now were they forced to close some of that today hence the great day.
