The wider issue with todays pfizer spinning news is that all those who were vaccine hesitant and many who were due boosters will just say, oh i will wait to get ill and take this tablet now.....could create more far reaching issues with covid

Synairgen is being used by vaccinated too so more data. The pfizer trial on only 795 people....how do they have enough safety detail in reality as this has only been for this specific drug

Just updated live now (from yesterday paperwork), just a few additional sites added, was an update on Indian trial site on 28th October, so that is when punjab site was added. Still completion by end of the month. So maybe this is the final push for completion.

Airlineboy - it was very nice to see as it covers 800,000 patients a year the pathology network, there has never been any account manager covering this territory and wasn't on my list of active hospitals, so as far as i know this is new so nice on a number of fronts 1) Q machines still actively being used 2) Further rolled out 3) Covering such a large territory multiple units will have been deployed so that promate order will be getting used up quick

This is actually 2 large hospitals in Colchester, Ipswich and the surrounding district and other NHS Laboratories. So you would expect a few q machines here.....

Kaeren - there is an abundance of red flags about covid right now that many and the overall market are ignoring, we are still in very very mild autumn and this is the case across europe to which is enjoying hot weather. Germany has still not unlocked properly yet cases are going up. Eastern europe covid figures are shocking daily, china is locking down cities again, shortage of synriges, warning of new strains from WHO that will evade vaccines. Hopefully new strains do not come but it is a worry when we are seeing new pockets of covid in animals. Given the need now going forward for accurate diagnostics highlighted by covid, a healthy PE needs to be attributed to Novacyt who are first market movers proven time and time again, with an infrastructure in place now to capitalise even more.

Yes because of unique offering of outside the lab environment of promate and q machines. They mixed it with dhsc but if you look at revenue breakdown outside of that now they are still delivering 100m plus this year in revenue....soooooo 100m reasons why they can especially with larger workforce, global reach and new experienced exec team with strong background. If you take a look at the recent rns you will see the agreement with Unicef.

WHO appeals for £17bn Covid war chest
The World Health Organisation and other aid groups have appealed to leaders of the world’s 20 biggest economies to fund a $23.4bn (£17bn) plan to bring Covid vaccines, tests and drugs to poorer countries in the next year.

The ambitious plan outlines the strategy of the Access to Covid-19 Tools Accelerator (ACT-A) until September 2022, expected to include use of an experimental oral antiviral pill made by Merck & Co for treating mild and moderate cases.

Equal budgets of $7bn are earmarked for both vaccines and diagnostic tests, with a further $5.9bn for boosting health systems and $3.5bn for treatments including antivirals, corticosteroids, and medical oxygen.

Another study it has been known for a while high viral load, high risk of severity. The average covid admission in the states costs $60,000....now if you can identify who to treat asap not only can you reduce cost of overall stay by length but you could stop admission all together with new drugs coming on the market and thus remove strain on NHS and risk of lockdowns etc....Huge potential saver and value in this test.
