You have a different theory. Explain why the price is not higher ? Why are investors not buying and driving the share price up ?

Looking at the share price with little evidence of success with the drill , failure to get a deep to flow, suspended dividend , slow issuance of licenses, conflicted asset purchases, massive share issuance , poor share holder communication etc should the board not restructure. CC step down , hire some non exec’s with a pedigree of success in the industry?

BM . I have been invested for some time. I attended a shareholder meeting in 2017 and not a single item in the strategic plan has been delivered on. I would have been happy if the share price has gone up on the last update but again it was general lack of progress and it fell. Forget my opinion look at what the market says. The market says no progress as the share price is basically unchanged (even though the market cap may have gone up because the number shares in issue) . The management are either incompetent or unlucky .

I tend to agree. They sell a producing asset to buy an asset to develop when they have never managed to get a deep . they are looking g to diversify in to mining with their patchy track record. I am unclear why they have CC . They need to replace him and get an NED or 2 with industry experience. He a non producing over head who rubber stamps what others write.

I have another question. The company over the last many years has failed to grow production significantly/ at all. They then decide to sell a producing asset. What gives them the confidence from their track record they can (ever) replace the production from developing other assets?

Somm do you a prediction for the price just after 28 th Feb , 3 months and 6 months out. No one know but can you hazard a guess?

Shame CC could not have got an update out before markets fell. Now bad news will lead to a bigger seller off and good news will be muted.

I think a good post . Does not suit us but not a zero probability. CP and Minority interests are not full aligned. I don’t think it happens or we would all have been zeroed years ago
