CPNR. Excellent trading numbers delivered up today year to 31st Dec. Losses reduced to £95K (£356K). Equity funds £4.9M (32.2M). Market Cap £6.5Ms. surely a re-rating due!

CAN Further Board appointments have been made, with Phil Edmonds, the former cricketer I think, still Captain, he has been at the crease a long time.

SCO. Has shown a good rise today on the back of plenty of buying strength. Perhaps there is some Media story which has prompted this excitement. This share has been volatile but profitable.

HLL. There are rumours circulating, that the share price performance is being stifled by the top brass of this co staying in power. This Co has the potential to be a market leader in the field but the overheads need sorting out a little bit of aggressive marketing would also assist this under-rated stock.

MRP. Raised £1M recently to fund USA and Australia.by placing 7.2M shares raising ISC to 71Ms.. Continuing with my Aug buy stance this Co has got of lot of near term projects including the Calvin field.

MPH. Hi Deano100 as well as the numbers crunched, thanks for that, MPH are considering a share buy back programme which will alter the ratios accordingly. For sp appreciation I would prefer buy backs to divis which only take monies out of the Co effecting all of the below and reduce working cap.

DUN. Creative Accounting was outlawed in the 80s. Accountancy techniques have moved on since then we are now in an era of Reporting Standard Techniques!

DGM. A strong Buy, I have not weakened yet! LOL

DGM. I too hope that my faith in this Company's future becomes a reality, I have a lot riding on it!. Looking at a total loss worst case Bid premium a bonus.

DUN. Crafy lot that Dunn fanily. Only gave themselves 20M shares bung if profits stacked up to more than £1M surprise surprise the profits came in at £1.4M with no declared divident, I bet if there were a significant number od private shareholders profits would have been massaged differently, being in the business tapping of my nose knows how this can be achieved. Oh and by the way this was last year what a load of bung. So 29M shares at 4p (£800K free for nowt just because of a slight of hand). Unfortunately there is not an opinion listed for me to post but it would need more than a line of text!

DGM. Whether I am right or wrong, I can only post what I think is what I believe to be the situation. I have reported worse case scenarion, in my mind that is what I want to happen, if the Directors deliver up something different the market, like me, has adjudged the situation, anything worse or less it will react and mark the shares accordingly. I am hoping that the next accounts reflect all historic dross and we can move forward. I will be pouring over the Notes to the accounts with a finer than fine tooth combe to see if there any hidden contingencies and dodgy Director provisions etc etc etc. Until then you are as wise as I am as to the future. But having watched this scenario for some time it looks pretty transparent.

DGM. In answer to nominne. Nothing that I can dwell on specific. Just a build of significant events over the last few months culminating in me drawing a reasonable opinion of what is to come.

CHNS. Supplies industrial batteries to the telecoms industry particularly in China.Profits hiked to 12% forcast.

NMI. Trialing surveilance systems (along with image Scan) at Paddington. Has won a contract with FGP. Got to be a share that will run and run.

DGM. Although trades have been reported. FMR are reporting under City Code rule 8.3 Panmure are reporting under City Code 38.5. For explanation of deifference go to take over panel's website and search Rule 8.3 and Rule 38.5. Both are buying and selling for respective clients and or on their own behalf. This all indicates that something to shareholders advantage will be announced soon.

IBB. Back on the 8th Dec I questioned the rather pre session opening price up 20%. Now I know why. An application had been presented for FSA approval to conduct investment advice. As you can now see the "market" is always ahead of the game. Buy into this Bank for banked profits.
