PXC. Has broken through the 14p barrier that has dogged this share for a while. With only 4Ms shares traded the rise may be down to some news that is leaked filtering out. It has been mooted by some analysts that there is already a bid premium in the current sp, this I have footprinted recently.

SVE. been there thanks. Thought you might have searched that far. It is difficult, it is a pity that SVE do not list its holdings in its Annual report, most investor companies do. The next solution would be the share registers of each Co, but very costly and time consuming, and there is no guarantee that SVE will show up as some holdings may be in Nominee Holdings. Good punt on FLG 2 day?

SVE. Hi debbie. It is a good morning so far. I have a quick look see to find out the investee holdings. I have got as far as linking onto SVE's website using the link above. In investors page is a link to all the investee Cos. I had a look at the latest Annual accounts June 2005 in pdf format (but it does not give the % holdings which is a pity. The info may be found by searching the Annual accounts for each of the Investee Cos, a long winded exercise, some may or may not, but they should declare all "substantial holdings" normally at the back end of the Accounts report usually, along with Directors holdings etc. I hope this helps. Looks like to find the answer a lot of research required. Good luck

SVE. This came over bthe wire a few minutes ago. SVE are considering a SHARE BUY BACK programme. If that is true. We have got to frill our boots with this one. Dividends will then be a matter of course. But it will need High Court approval ( take it from me, would I lie to you ? a formality. Buy and Buy and Buy.
