PXC. Like I have mentioned before, this is not a fast takeaway service. I have waited since Aug 05 I can wait a little longer.

PXC. Hi chan. You will recall our little banter a few months ago regarding a little matter involving my car. well that car has been traded for the better model. PXC will, I hope put bunce in the bin for the next son of!! PXC is a share going to be in big league one day!!

PXC. You see cynic, that is where we differ. I knew where this was heading then as I had delved deep rummiged and dug underneath the hype read the research and I knew that I was onto a winner in interpreting that research and have done so ever since elsewhere. BRP. This is a very clean shell Company. Has just announced a deal which will avert a S8 AIM rule judgment. Buying in for a profitable gain.

PXC. Why could not a potential prey become pradator. PXC is in a strong position to exploit both situations. C&W is on its knees BT is also a vulnerable target.

PXC. This mornings excitement has worn off, leaving the door wide open to further cheap buying in. UBS have informed the Co of its megga interests, an RNS released within the lat half hour as confirmation. This Co will become a much fought over tiddler with plenty more upside, my guess is sooner rather than later!, it has enough clout to take out a bigger player C&W watch out.

ACC. Have received notice that the buys of Ridgway and Due North will seriously assist this Co's wealth.

BRP. This is a footprint that requires no reply (a rather rehorical, thinking aloud type of poser), because it is quite a rhetorical question, more of an observation really. BRP has some £922K cash and Net Assets of £920K. With a market cap of £1.22Mns. Q would you buy this stock. Section 8 AIM rules could apply here, I am no expert, so I am looking for guidence. I can see the obvious "fluffy" replies, but I would prefer the savvy investors amongst you to reply.

PXC. This stock should be a strong performer today, with plenty of buys. RNS offering upbeat figures and positive news on Intel finance JV.

FAO. My footprint 16th March was based on information concerning the issues which are becoming clearer. This one will either rocket or sink. There has been a lot of rumour concerning the "private" report concerning the state of this Co.I am keeping my money elsewhere until the audited accounts are on display. One that I am avoiding for now. ihavenoclue, I posted a little wheeze on IDN page, sums up sharedealing.

BNK. RNS released yesterday CALGARY. Probable reseves 99.7mb up from 98mb. Production 1,687 bopd up from 1066 bopd. Revenues $13.709Mns ($3.5Mns 2004) Increase of 294%.Owns land, 3/4K acres in Palo Duo Texas. A pretty good solid positive set of results.

PXC. Correction to my footprint Sat 09.45 second line of text should read £43Mns. My strong buy stance stands

MIL. Losses are an attraction to a purchaser of Shares, because they can offset via mergers etc and other Corporate wizadry so that Corporation tax falls away by the Bidder Co.

MIL. The possibility. In buying a target Co (ie shares purchase) rather than the Business, tax losses or any surplus Corp tax would fit the first option. There are rules which may deny the benefit of these if there is a major change in the nature or conduct of the business, but the buyer may consider the risk worth taking.

MIL. Dinky.If the purchase is for the shares, a Share sale, then all that changes is that the Co has new members, the Company will carry on as normal with Assets and Losses intact. If the Co is transferred as a Business sale IE Assets only without new members then the losses will not be carried over, they will remain with the existing owners.
