FAO.I post here market news out of a sense of altruism and philanthropy. I am always keen and interested in reading and following every fellow footprinters points. I am not, speaking from knowledge, whether successful investors should footprint here, but I am always prepared to hint and give clues for my success in investing in smaller Co shares. I am no expert just make my luck sometimes by following the market clues to successful stock market trading.

CAN. Recent reverse takover abandoned. Appointment of Strand Partners Ltd as Nomad. Board changes. Greg Hunter CEO/Mark Rosslee FD Appointed to Board.Prelims to 31st Dec will be posted end of June.

FAO. Lucky Mr Hall. Almost 12 months ago Mr Hall,s bank sold 248K shares belonging to Mr hall without direct authority at 11p, Mr Hall complained. However Mr Hall can now buy 3 times as many shares at 3.35p. Moral is why did Mr Hall complain, did he not know the shares would fall 66% and if he did, why did he not sell voluntarily knowing he could buy back cheaper later (rhetorical question). Sometimes Directors do not always know what is going to happen to their holdings.

FAO. No one has told me they listen to me!!! You are have a funny way of endearing yourself to footprinters when it comes to getting answers to your posers. The last time I offered you my constructive opinion you reacted the way you have so no I am not the one to answer any of your questions but can suggest you ring the Directors et al up and ask them why they are investing here, that is what I would do.

BIT. This investment has not gone to plan, despite recent positive sentiment in line with other new industry hi tech stocks, however there is a glimmer of recovery. Launching Pokerwize under the brand of Playwize, an online real-money poker game.

CS. My footprint 19th Sept 05 when I said the price could rise to £1 by March, I apologise to you all for getting the price wrong, and those that bailed out prematurely (tonge in cheek).

CS. Since my earlier postings, I am still convinced CS has more upside. With a major consolidation in the steel industry and rumours that wealthy Russian Cos/Individuals (come on CFC)are mopping up shares. As Mittal/Arcelor talks abounding this can only put CS in the "frame"

NCS. Those that followed the shares up from .0025p to around .0225p and locked in profits would have been pleased with their investment. It looks like we have another opportunity here to cash in on a further bout of volatility.

NCS. With the interims announced today, along with a statement regarding substantial holdings, as well as a directional change indication, this stock has all the hallmarks of a recovery situation.

MPH. Despite tough conditions in the retail sector. MPH has managed to produce what I consider to be impressive numbers today. With forward trade alleged to be good, I see no reason why these shares should show weakness long term, some short term immediarte downside, as the market expected more, but that is the market, not the investor's opinion.

GTL. Application has been applied for to extend production capacity at the Illinois Rochelle ethanol production. from 50Mns gpa to 100Mns gpa these permits will be in place later this year.

FAO. I have only made a few postings here. 16th March 2006, 1st April 2006 (all fools day), 26th June (agreeing with footprint 25th June 06) Apart from those I have agreed in some instances with fellow footprinters and never would pass comment on others investment strategy or successes or failures, that is left to others. These shares have been an underperformer since Feb 06 and previous, that is the nature of investing in risky stocks, and for the record, my comments were a regurgitation of "analysts" statements, I never make thing up. I was asked for an opinion, I gave it, lessons have been learned here, and that mistake will not be allowed to happen again, despite the cash raised. Mine is not the only opinion here whether we like it or not.

ENK. It was announced that Leham Bros now holds 16Mns ISC or 4.41%. With this and strong trading and additional cash raised, filling the cash coffers, this will prove to be a long term investment for the patient investor.

DMP. Following the AGM a statement was released that trading was in line with expectations. But one or two offerings are trading better than expected. Buy for the longer term, but take advantage of volatility.

PLN. As suspected. PLN has entered into offer talks which may or may not lead to a full bid for the whole ISC. Either way this stock remains a strong buy. Having timely bought and sold, these shares have delivered up good profits. Will continue to deliver up profit taking/buy in volatility opportunities.

ECK. BT deal allows ECK to take part in the £23Bns Express Logistics Market by supplying PARCELFORCE with a new automated information service on a 3yr contract.Sounds like a very exciting and lucrative deal for ECK.

FAO. Footprint Mon 23.05 I fail to see the connection with my footprints here and those on LEG, what is the point being made in your analogy? Most AIM stocks are down 50% why single out LEG et al.

GTL. Hi trying! You have my deepest sympathies and I send deepest condolences to you and your family, 58 is no life at all.

ADA. Hi debbie, A good find, a previous recent trading statement although appeared bearish, was not as bad as portrayed by the market, an overeaction perhaps in line with overall general market weakness ADA sp will respond well to today's news and a strong performer in the near future and show some good upside long term.

ELE. Trading performance is expected to be in line with eBoard's expectations three acquisitions appear to have been successfully integrated into operations, Cris Kingston publications and Sport Business Group, and Incentive Pluss. All have been said to be progressing according to plan.
