Tanking up on future demand3 Oct 2006 11:50
GTL. With just a few weeks to go before the production of ethanol is brought to market by this outfit, the share price should respond well, as the world will not be able to get enough of the alternative fuel, every major economy is waiting with baited breath for biofuels to become widely available, then Ford, Chrysler, GM, Volvo et al will get flexi fuel vehicles running off the production line as quick as they can to feed an insatiable world appetite. There is already talk of GTL increasing output capacity by 100% to 100Mns gallons/PA. With ethanol fuel prices fetching a premium and the nearest rival MTBE being removed as an alternative fuel additive, with bumber corn/sugger beat harvests should ensure a continuous raw material supply.
