As the future longs have to sell their positions to close...I just wonder?
Must confess I've heard a few guys who usually brag about their Finance Advisors/investment companies talking about their 8% losses this year ..(and that does not include Dec)....They usually brag about YOY 8% gains which I find hard to believe
I for one do my own thing and hopefully always will ..always been sceptical of handing my funds to someone else to cream off.. Intereste what others think here

Another Down day SP's as the Long futures have to sell their positions from 1330 hrs...
i for one am looking for my next entry point here and whilst very tempted now am stopping myself pressing the button...Interesting new year looming

Who are the sensible (well informed ?) People in your opinion who have disappeared as it would be interesting to drill down to their exchanges..

My next entry point once I see strength ...With the Ftse not that far off an all time high .. I fancy there are an awful lot of company shares grossly oversold...
So...if there was a big market crash then where would the Sp's go then..
Always remember the market today can behave erratically longer than we can remain sane

copper is rising this afternoon well over 1% as is the Dow which I believe the reason for the slight uplift..I stand to be corrected though.

But can any body stay in their opinion what today's RNS means.

Santa Rally?
Can't recall there never being one... This Dec thus far being reffer ed to as Santa Crash!...Again a recall a rally as late as Dec 24th to 31st and that could be why the indesis have fallen so hard this month.

I am very tempted to load my wheel barrow with a lot of shares looking way oversold right now..so I have been working on setting limit order entry points...think there maybe a correction in new year with so much going on.

This of course all in my opinion

Derisking: no not for me as I hold physical shares as opposed to say leverage through spread betting where there is a time factor consideration..
