yes i have, but i am struggling too see anywhere in a RNS, that if they pull out, kod keep the $7m. I can only see that they will use it to buy shares, which they can sell if they wanted too.

So for my benefit

$7m held in escrow and cant be touched until the $100m is transferred and all contractual docs are signed

$3m to do what Kod want to do with it, but have to pay it back if the $100m falls through

new company formation to transfer the mining license

so what can the $3m be spent on
