Garies might be getting rid of some shares, maybe bringing his total down to somewhere the BoD might take the rest them off him. We just don't know, if you believe in the plan it's still a good buy, hindsight says you could of got them cheaper, however hindsight in investing is a wonderful thing! The short term SP just doesnt bother me, as long as the BoD keep delivering
