the swa cable and drum will be sat on site waiting to be pulled in from the nearest LV panel to where the mill is sited, then they will gland, terminate and test, then commission the power side, then commission and optimise the BMS side

All of those $l4gging prem off about construction, whether the builderswork side or the mechanical and electrical services serving the plant, but not one of you has the technical knowledge on the process of how to build anything like this, i bet you are just used car sales people wanting a bonus because you cant sell the cars.

You arent commercially aware either of what it takes to fund a project like this.
