As i know from the stark F.U, they got that wrong and they have more experience in lithium mining

That Prem have built quite a substantial plant for what is little finance, compared to other companies. The duration for the programme of works to commissioning may have been, in my opinion too fast track. Am guessing this is what Canmax wanted.
