wolf - if you want to look back at my posts, (boring i know) but i did post that as we are having to backtrack on starks $h1t design, the commercial side goes out of the window, which is what is happening until all design issues are rectified by the OEM company

thats exactly what stark did to GR., then GR brought in the OEM company who are telling the truth to GR, thats why plant is being replaced or upgraded

In regard for having to raise money, i would guess that GR, in his projected cost forecast didnt allow for over a year delay in the plant running, probably based on what stark told him

GR couldnt foresee or make cost allowances for the F.UP's of stark. so the placings now are hurting all of us investors. He could have walked away without investing millions of his own money

i would like to think that everything in regard to stark is being relayed back to canmax by the guy sat on prems BOD.

canmax have invested millions into this plant and they can take stark to the cleaners bypassing prem, depending how the contract is written.

all the blame lies on starks design, which isnt fit for purpose

i hope to watch their website disappear in the future and the company

theres a saying in contracting, you are only as good as your last job, i doubt they will get a glowing reference from prem or canmax

why pay additional fees when stark probably told GR they are the best in the world

the were responsible for full design, installation and commissioning yet equipment is being replaced by the OEM company

since stark have been kicked off site, there is a turnaround happening.

we can go back and forth all day on this, but none of us are privvy to starks order and we dont know how they sold themselves

GR may be thinking that he should have done it now, but hindsight is a brilliant thing

GR isnt a lithium mining plant designer, he is a CEO of a ming company, this doesnt mean to say he is technical in all services for the plant to work

he employed a so called lithium mining company, who probably sold him the dream at their presentation, but their design was totally $h1t for what is required

so let me ask you this jaglith, if you had a major electrical issue where you live and you are not electrically qualified, would you get an electrician in or would you do it yourself

you would be a baffoon to try and do it yourself, so you would get a qualified electrician in wouldnt you

if now you dont understand how it works, i can explain it a bit more in child writing for you
