You shouldn’t have to justify yourself. I noticed you took a break from here for a while after your brother passed. Hardly the actions of someone that isn’t grieving.

If I can give you any advice on an anonymous forum, it would be not to post your share dealings on here. Short of posting photos of contract notes, others who have it in for you are always going to forensically challenge historic posts you make. Just an observation. Only you know the truth of your dealings so why bother ?

I would contend that a global pandemic trashed the markets last March TP with all the economic uncertainty surrounding a novel virus and what havoc it would reek. Market makers price stocks not rich banking families or rich investors. Buffet lost a shed load in the airline stocks he owned in the USA from memory last year.

Barclays down, HSBC down etc etc. Sector is down slightly in general. No great drama.

He did have a friendship with Trump after he won Trumps “The Apprentice” in the USA and used it to get interviews with him for GMB. But the pair have fallen out now and de-friended each other on social media. Not sure he’s ever been friends with Farage ! They were on opposing sides in the EU referendum and youtube is littered with spats between them !

He worked for years running the Daily Mirror, admitted voting Tory at the last election only because he wanted Brexit done and dusted (he voted Remain remember) and then has spent the last year in the main lambasting the Tories handling of Covid.

I have a close friend who developed a gambling problem with horses, football, in fact anything he could bet on sports wise. He lost his well paid bank job, house and eventually his family and now rents a bedsit and works as a brickie. He never moans about his lot, just accepts it was his fault, the bad choices he made. Yes the Motley Fool has a tendency to post a totally contradictory article on the same stock a few days later by a different author. It’s akin to backing both horses in a 2 horse race. I never read their stuff anymore.

40p seems to be providing a floor at present for Lloyds. Hopefully, 50p will be next......

On another BB on LSE, TheFarEnd, there are a couple of posters who believe Hedge Funds shorting certain stocks are paying people to post negative stuff to try to bring the share price down. Who knows eh ? I guess that’s the beauty of anonymous internet forums lol.

Lloyds hopefully has 40p as a resistance level now and is ready for the next move northwards.......

I shall miss Piers Morgan. I’d set my alarm for 6.30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays just to watch someone not afraid to say what others think.

So Susanna Reid, Charlotte Hawkins, Alex Beresford and Andi Peters from now on - the woke brigade. I can’t stand Meghan and Harry and he wasn’t afraid to call them out.
