I can't see anything of the sort on the UK Health Security Agency website and in fact it recommends vaccination in the various reports on there.

That's right Hardup, impossible to prove. Share prices move for other reasons than simple supply and demand as I'm sure you know, but the maths says the share will be approx 2.8p higher once approx 4bn shares have been taken out of circulation.

Inflation is prevalent all over the world. Europe, the US, Turkey, etc etc etc.

Nothing to do with Brexit whatsoever as much as some Remoaners would like to blame it for the weather as well......

Lloyds could do very well if the interest rate rises do not tip the economy into recession with the resultant impairments/bad debts. There is no doubt some households have overstretched with mortgages and press articles at the weekend suggest the major banks are going to tighten lending criteria by refusing mortgages where they think the borrower is paying too much for a house.

Here's hoping there is no recession looming and Lloyds benefit from larger margins on rising interest rates.

FTSE has been flying on the back of certain shares (oils, pharmaceuticals etc) of late and not all FTSE constituents. Financials, insurance, house builders have not done so well.

Buybacks have been done to death. If you don't like them, maybe one should sell up and invest elsewhere as the board are not going to change their strategy based upon whining on here. I personally don't have an issue with them so will be staying invested here.
