Didn't AB use the analogy that ammonia is to an alkaline fuel cell as a hand is to a glove! When you think of it in those terms they're clearly a perfect match. Once AlkaMem is deployed we should go multi billion MC. Nice to finally get confirmation of the arrival of an ammonia cracker. This is the key to future success.

I agree Haggis but his poor delivery might leave some questioning his competence, which would obviously be counter productive. At the end of the day, the product will sell itself particularly with the low cost per kWh compared to PEM. That's the takeaway positive, which will be emphasized with the arrival of the S cell. AlkaMem is the key to riches. This time next year we could be in the pounds if all goes to plan.

I guess ideally both Oggs but I'd settle for the latter.

I must admit I wasn't impressed with AB. His presentation skills are not great which detracted from the potential effectiveness of the presentation. The products sound promising though but looking like nothing commercial this year. I just hope we can sustain a decent SP in the meantime. Now we know why no news on Acciona. Not sure what he said reference Juhlich as he seemed to rush over that bit.

Hopefully there'll be talk of projected break even/profit timescales today. If either are expected within the next year or two we could get a good SP reaction.

Yes it's disappointing. There's been so much expectation that today's event is going to reveal an imminent path to commercialisation that anything less could be counter productive. I hope it hasn't been over hyped. At the very least we need to hear about progress on fulfilling the Acciona and Juhlich contracts.

Well let's hope so. If there's nothing startling tomorrow it will be a big disappointment. LTHs deserve to hear what's going on with their company and not just on EE. I sometimes think our proper re-rate might be dependent on the solid cell deployment of which we should find out more tomorrow.

Hopefully we get an announcement to stop the rot. All hydrogen stocks are bombing. I thought they were the future!

Maybe some news on Acciona and Juhlich would lift the SP. Surely they must have something to impart on these by now.

GDR is now much closer to earning significant revenue with recent approvals from PHE, UNICEF and now ICMR. If it was worth 150p a few weeks ago without these approvals in place, logically it should be higher now. When FDA EUA approval lands this will rapidly head towards £2 and beyond. I do get the feeling that real momentum is finally building.

The lack of sales news is frustrating. I just hope AB hasn't been indulging in over hyping short-term expectations. There's a lot of talk about the solid cell but confirmation via sales that the liquid unit is commercially viable is needed to get us moving until such time as the S cell becomes available. Here's hoping next week and the Investor Day brings us more clarity on our commercialisation glide path and future revenues. Patience can only last so long.

It would be nice Anne. We must now have all the senior personnel we require to make this a success. I'm frustrated we haven't had news on Acciona and Juhlich progress as we're well into Q2 and no update on either, which I think is holding back the SP. Hopefully tomorrow!

It's comforting to read Dr. Harvey's comments describing AFC's engineers, scientists and technicians as world class. Hopefully the world will take note and start buying lots of our fuel cells.

Looks like the SP will be under pressure up to the Investor day on 5th May unless we get a positive news update before then. The recent jobs adverts for multiple engineers must be indicative of imminent orders although probably for delivery later in the year. Confirmation of such could see the SP take off.

Someone just bought £94k worth so they're obviously confident. I just wish now I'd held all my original holding. I had a lot more shares than currently having gone all in at 4p but sold at various times as the SP has been historically volatile and wanted to bank profit. For those who have held strong, there's a fortune to be made if it all comes off.

10% dilution is only 7p at current levels so insignificant in the bigger scheme of things especially if we get some news of contracts. These extra shares will be easily mopped up into the soon to be rising share price!

Once the advantages of alkaline fuel cells over PEM fuel cells become well known i.e. much less platinum and tolerance of lower grade hydrogen sourced by cracking ammonia contributing to a much cheaper product, then AFC should be the supplier of choice for data centres, EV charging units etc. Somebody once said AFC had blue sky potential. Maybe we're about to climb through the clouds!

Looking at Plug, Fcel and Ballard, all closed significantly up tonight stateside. AFC closed at a dollar on the OTC. All this gives me the feeling that investors are returning to the sector with Tradegate expressing this change of sentiment by rising into the close. Hopefully we'll have a good day tomorrow.

Maybe sentiment towards green stocks is about to change more positive. Morgan Stanley think so. Could be good timing for the investor day. AFC on the up soon.

Hopefully we'll hear of Acciona and Juhlich progress prior to then.
