Maybe AB has something more juicy to share very soon. As you say Super they are hopefully busy beavering away assembling the prototype for ABB and maybe even starting on the S cell.
"Multiple new product releases expected for second half of this calendar year". This quote from the half yearly report does sound exciting. I guess the potential for positives here is substantial. We just need to be patient but hopefully not for much longer. It's a virtue apparently!

That's a big UT trade showing red. I hope Motley Fool's article hasn't encouraged said sell off. There doesn't seem to be any pattern here. All the big buys of late have made no difference to the SP but does suggest at least some are very confident. We're meant to be getting new products announced soon, according to the half yearly report, so that might help! We must be on the cusp of some welcome developments that will get the SP motoring. Last thing we need is more silent treatment.

Good advice SuperStarr. Sounds like a logical strategy. I'm sure AFC will motor soon and hopefully eclipse ITM etc. it's just about keeping the faith now I guess.

It's definitely more positive than being stuck in the 50s but still well below year highs. Lots of folk under water I suspect. The recent half year report sounded splendid but I guess Mr. Market now needs confirmed revenues to unleash the brakes. Patience required as ever.

Looks like Mr. Market won't let us past 65p. Something on the new facilities or confirmation of the completion of the design of ABB's EV charger set up might do it. Frustrating watching ITM steaming ahead each day.

Thanks for the explanation Bumble. With De Nora's help, I hope they've managed to increase electrode longevity to the desired level. Maybe we'll hear soon.

What about electrode performance? It was announced on August 2019 that 1 year longevity had been achieved with linear regression analysis suggesting 4 year longevity was achievable, which they said was the requirement needed to get the cost down to US$0.1KW/h excluding fuel making the AFC commercially viable. As far as I can see we've not heard anything since. Is achieving 4 year plus electrode longevity still key to our commercial success?

Some news on the readiness of the UK manufacturing facilities would boost this nicely I feel even without confirmation of orders. Intent is everything. Expectations are high around this so hopefully AB can deliver. Lots of patient SHs waiting and hoping.

Hey guys. Flattered to be the subject of conversation today but for the record I'm a genuine holder. Maybe I wear my heart on my sleeve too often but there's no hidden agenda as Haggis has suggested. I just want AFC to succeed and find it frustrating at times when progress seems slower than we would all like, which probably comes over in some of my posts! I'm currently down a good few grand but am hopeful of making that back and more. I guess we've just got to trust AB and the team to deliver. Thanks for the support Scarpa. I'll take your advice.

On reflection Jimmy, I probably am over pessimistic and I agree obsessing too much over SP movements isn't good. I do think it will all come good in the end. I guess getting there is the hard bit. Anyway I'm going to take your advice and head out to enjoy the nice weather and forget about AFC for a while. Cheers!

Are you the board censor Jimmy? Only uber positive comments allowed. Is that it? Until AFC deliver commercially viable orders everything else is just hope and conjecture. I'm still hopeful by the way.

What I mean chippyjo is that the act of procuring manufacturing facilities in and of itself implies that products are going to be manufactured some time soon otherwise why do it.

I'm guessing as AFC are using proactive investor and Twitter to communicate with investors they don't currently have anything price sensitive to report via RNS. Unfortunately David Harvey's interview hasn't boosted the SP. (poor sound quality probably didn't help). I feel it's only orders that can move this now. Come on AB, can you finally deliver?

Good point chippyjo. It would be nice though to get confirmation that said production facilities are actually going to be utilised to produce FCs for paying customers. AB has built up expectations massively by implying via production facility procurement that orders are imminent. He must now deliver otherwise his position will become untenable. I still believe though that our long-term ability to be commercially viable hinges entirely on successful deployment of AlkaMem.

At this stage and without news on orders we're effectively still in R&D mode, however, if AlkaMem performs well in tests thus confirming its commercial viability, we could quickly move to big sales and huge profits. Hopefully the prototype S cell is nearing completion so it can be showcased.
