Looks like our long awaited RNS has coincided with a sector down turn. Let's hope the yanks can reverse that trend this pm. Onwards and upwards.

If we can break 60p and hold above it today, I think we'll get into the 70s by the end of the week. There must be lots of buyers waiting in the wings.

I think this is starting to recover as hopefully most of the sellers have been cleared out. I'd be happy with a finish in the low 60s. Something to build on as we await the hopefully bullish end of year report.

Aren't we all. It's proving rather difficult though. I guess the jam tomorrow theme does not impress anymore. Hopefully something will lift this soon or we're on for another long wait. More patience required as ever.

As you say DW it's probably the day traders and sell on news brigade that are currently spoiling the party. Hopefully once they're cleared out we'll get knowledgeable investors returning and a steady rise towards the 70s.

The market obviously not as impressed as LTHs. Very disappointing. I think we need sales in the here and now for this to respond as we want. Let's hope Acciona and Julich deals are still alive and we can market the liquid cell in the meantime whilst the solid cell is being perfected.

Are the dreaded Schroders selling into the rise and spoiling the party. If do, let's hope they get cleared out once and for all.

I think on current form the arbitration result will be positive. Once that's out of the way, we'll really start motoring. Isn't it great that the work on La108 was done 38% under budget. Makes a nice change. Well done Roy.

News at last. Looks like the solid cell is well under development and if all goes to plan it should be a reality in 18months, selling like hot cakes hopefully. Are we going to get orders for the liquid cell in the mean and before year end? Let's hope so as that would keep the company in good shape and the SP motoring. Great to hear of progress at long last with hopefully more to follow. Well done all patient LTHs and to AB and the team for securing this vital order.

Maybe momentum is building around green hydrogen. Let's hope its lighter than air properties float all boats.

Used to be belief in what the CEO said but now it's the same as yours with a large dollop of hope thrown in for good measure. I don't think anyone can have a strategy with this company anymore as no-one knows what's going on.

Seems like your investment strategy is based on blind faith and big cojones Aim.

I guess that's the problem Aim i.e none of us have seen anything from AFC, hence the stagnating/declining SP!

If you feel AFC's future is so much in the balance Aim, how come you're happy to hold all your shares no matter what the price action? This also seems at odds with your previous position of expecting news only when AfC are good and ready and professing not to care if the SP goes down to 20p as you were so confident that AB would deliver. Surely you'd derisk if you harbour doubts on a successful outcome. 1.7 million shares is a lot of money after all.

If that's the case Aim, how long do they wait? Anyhow I thought it was against the rules to withhold price sensitive information, good or bad. ? Let's hope we've not been subjected to months of silence to be kicked in the nether regions when news finally arrives. That would be sadistic!

OK DW if that's not contractually possible then we should be hearing very soon what's happening reference Julich and Acciona. I just wonder why it's proving so difficult to give a progress report on both.

If your take on the news blackout proves accurate then happy days Super. It does seem odd that we've had no updates on Acciona or Julich, deals that are meant to have been already signed. Could it be that they've had to forgo these in favour of a more commercially favourable deal with ABB and MACE for example. A deal to supply power to Formula E might be possible too. If we are to have the silence broken by a positive development though it must come soon before further SP damage occurs.

I guess it's the difference between a professionally run outfit and this shower. It's beginning to look like Bond's half yearly boasts were wishful thinking at best. Why do I always fall for it?! This time it's different I thought!

But it's true. Let's call a spade a spade for once. I don't see how anyone can defend the complete lack of communication on pre announced expectations. We keep hearing different excuses. No announcements during COP 26 in case it was seen as taking advantage of the conference as a backdrop, being the latest. Didn't prevent PHE, VLS and ITM announcing exciting developments. Of course I still hope at the 11th hour we'll get something worthwhile and if so I'll gladly accept admonishment for being overly negative but the way this lot communicate is very unprofessional and destroys confidence in the minds of current and prospective investors, hence the poor SP performance.
