I think this guy Haggis should be banned. He's posting total garbage constantly trying to pretend AFC are a good investment. Not sure what his agenda is or why he's constantly posting completely unbalanced posts but I'm confident he's cost gullible investors in lots of money. He's a menace!

One would think that given the recent furore over tax payers' money being squandered on cheap Chinese LFTs that the government would want to make amends by rewarding some contracts to home grown diagnostic companies. Hopefully based on this premise the CDTA approval process for GDR's POC test will be expedited. Could we hear this week?

The only way to explain your poor investing strategy is to assume that you have read AFC completely wrongly (probably hanging on AB's every word) and you've now lost a huge amount of your paper profit. At least I sold my main holding at 76p. Ok I foolishly put a reduced amount back in so accept that I was a bit thick to do that but I'd say your missed opportunity qualifies you for thicko if the year!

I posted the article because I thought it relevant athansius nothing more. I hope iis don't dump the stock, obviously. I guess what's driving me is Bond's behaviour over many years now and his latest let down is having a negative effect on the SP. At the end of the day I'm here to make money not lose it and currently it's the latter big time unfortunately. Let's hope AFC can finally deliver something tangible in the very near future and make us all happy campers. I think all long term holders deserve nothing less.

It's not easy inflicting a heavy loss on oneself Scarpa. I almost sold for a small loss in the 60s. I regret that now like I'm sure most holders on here. I'm assuming many are also nursing considerable paper losses. I think AFC can still come good but there needs to be a sea change in their approach and at the top for that to happen. I've paid my money here so feel absolutely entitled to criticise the failed delivery so far. I think all holders should be doing this instead of making excuses for it that way we might affect some change for the better or at least be given more respect by the BOD. There are some posters on here who are clearly not invested (Aaron) who just post views on other posters posts instead of commenting on the actual business. I believe there is a concerted effort by folks like him to try to silence any dissenting voices for some reason. I don't see how any logical person can argue that AFC are delivering and have not failed to do so so far. I note that Alt declined my offer for him to tell me of one thing apart from EE that AFC have successfully delivered to date! We SHs should be bandying together to send Bond a message that more failure is not acceptable. Maybe there's a silent majority out there who agree with this.

Hang on Alt. We need AlkaMem for the "S" cell don't we? That's due next year and is supposed to already exist in prototype form. I've also often wondered if AFC are not just the commercial manifestation of Surrey university's research and as such haven't carried out much research into AlkaMem themselves but are dependent on Surrey providing updates. This could explain the drift. At least you agree with me on HiiRoc so fair play and I respect your alternate views on AlkaMem but I feel my view is also valid and don't consider it simplistic as you seem to suggest.

I think Alt you're sounding very like an apologist for AFC and Adam Bond's complete failure to date to deliver on numerous previously announced projects. Name me something Alt, apart from EE, which AFC have actually delivered on and don't forget EE had not been previously trailed by AFC but was a product of EE requesting AFC's involvement in their project. AFC got lucky there. Also I think in excess of 2 years is ample time to produce a viable, publicly visible prototype version of AlkaMem. I think your allegation that I'm expecting an instantaneous result is absurd. Do you think it's acceptable for AFC to not update investors on HiiRoc even if the venture was unsuccessful as you seem to be implying? I would argue they have a right to know what happened to the £400k. That would pay Bond's salary for a year. Your attempts to justify AFC's failings are not credible.

From HiiRoc partnership announcement in January 2020 and absolutely nothing since. Was that £400k just wasted? Too many development projects just disappear into the ether with AFC never to be heard of again. Will the HFC as announced in the EOY report go the same way? Who knows but the track record on delivering anything through to fruition is risible. Things need to change and rapidly.

My point is that it has led to nothing. AlkaMem still not in production and no update as to its efficiency or viability. I don't think they even had an AlkaMem product available when they made that announcement and it's been over 2 years and we're still waiting. At this glacial pace, will we ever gain commercial traction? I'm starting to doubt it. Very concerned!
