Obviously I hope you're right Seg but with Bond at the helm it's difficult to differentiate between the hype and what's realistically deliverable. Maybe he's about to redeem himself and become the best CEO since sliced bread and make us all much wealthier. Time will tell.

I think you're in danger of just believing AFC will succeed Seg. Belief is good but reality must play a part too. At this point AFC have not delivered sales and although they have agreements to supply FCs for trials these are not sales. They will only come if the trials are successful and the companies want the kit. We all hope they will and that the S+ cell comes into being. If these things happen then the SP will be much higher but it will take time and lots of effort.

Seg, I bought loads of shares at just over 4p. I had over 200,000 at one point. I put all my remaining powder in on a punt (having lost loads elsewhere!) I sold these on the way up but bought back in in 20s,30s,40s, finally selling out at 76p but foolishly put a good percentage back in at average 68p so I have loaded up before at these levels and lower. What I feel is different this time is that the previous hype that took us to 90p was unfulfilled so investors and the market will take a different view this time. Granted if proper sales come through we could be back up there and beyond but it's a big if at this stage.

Maybe not ReoninV but I believe Bond should be called out often as he's the CEO who made misleading comments that suggested AFC were on the cusp of numerous commercial break throughs when this has proven not to be the case and with the now debased SP this deliberate ramping has cost many investors thousands of pounds. Wonder where the SP will be when they finally get the units out to Acciona and Keltbray? This further delay albeit potentially short lived, is not helping with current market confidence in AFC and it's making a bad situation worse and is probably the reason AFC is down more than CWR and ITM. I think once they finally deliver the FCs things might improve but how low will the SP be by then is the problem? This share has been a total disaster and after such high hopes at the start of last year.

I can't disagree with you on AB James but his position seems assured for the foreseeable anyhow. I know what you mean about him being a good talker. So far it's been all talk and no action! And you're right I sure wish I'd sold out last year. Nearly did too, eventually selling half at 35p for a big loss (overall average of 68p) , which I'd take in a flash now for the rest. I hope AFC go on to confound it's critics, myself included but it just seems to go one way now i.e. down! Motley Fool posted this a short time ago.
