This must be the first time for a long while that we've gone up after a positive RNS! Hope I'm not speaking too soon as there's still about half an hour to go today! It would be nice to see both buying price and selling price over 20p. Anyone got any money left to buy some shares and nudge the sp up?

They seem to be having problems today with the streaming but promise to add the complete audio at the end of the sessions.

They should be doing the Consent Agenda at 1.30 pm which is only supposed to last for 15 mins but it should be broadcast. Earlier discussions implied that there would be some questions for staff during the Consent Agenda items so that could last longer.

They've been having trouble with the audio today but they may still be in Executive Session, which is not broadcast. That was supposed to end at 8.30 pm (UK time)

HNR case will now be the first of the General Hearings. HNR lawyers have been notified - hope they can get there early.

The HNR session has been moved forward to about 1.45pm Colorado time.

I wouldn't have expected it to be any stronger than in the RNS of a week ago as they have been over in the UK all that time.

For those who keep coming on and posting negativity about the deal and the company - what are you doing here? Sell up and put your money into the other shares that will give you the return that you are looking for in the short term. Why do long term holders who are willing to wait patiently until there is improvement have to put up with your constant moaning! For those who are waiting foir the price to go to 30p or such figure before jumping ship why are you bringing negativity that if it has any other effect than annoying people waiting patiently will serve to depress the SP further? Or is that your plan?

I may just be optimistic but the graph of today's trades looks as though it might be turning and maybe we'll end in the blue!! Of course, it might not either!!

Can ayone help me to understand what is happening with the SP. We started at a buy price of 21.87 and although, initially, there were only buys showing the buy price moved down and down. This has been happening in a similar manner for a few days. I have no agenda other than to try and understand what causes such a decline in SP. Does it mean that an order is being filled in the background?

Yes, I realise that it's resolved but I thought they might still go pack to get a pat on the back - looking towards future involvement with the COGCC. :)

Thanks Partridge, I hadn't seen it (been in choir). I note that although HNR are there for the 31/32/33/34 issues there is no mention of the reporting back on flaring issue that was postponed at the last meeting (unless I've missed it!).
