People should read the discovery rns for cas they talk of a zone in which the wire logs didn’t record it as pay but there were hydrocarbon shows in the core this is what has been tested at Cascadura.

Bully, I think that the gas bearing strata at Chinook is analogous with the intermediate at Cascadura Deep-1.
The rns for Cas states that they have 308 feet of pay within two zones. The 340 odd feet pay is not necessary continuous.
I have a question for you as you’re the master of DCF in your opinion could a TCF of gas plus liquids support a 20p divi for twenty years with current pricing, I had a quick look for your spreadsheet but soon gave up as being a link may have been deleted. Many thanks in advance.

That’s good point, here’s another odd thought why are we acquiring additional drilling pads with all the extra cost( although the pipes won’t cost us ). I haven’t checked but from memory we have permits for five wells from each of our current locations the new pads are four each that makes eighteen in total,I know there’s will be logical explanation

Many on this board had hoped Chinnick would be liquids rich, it’s looking likely. It’s my understanding that oil from Cascadura etc were to be removed via truck.( not ideal) should the oil at Chinnock flow adequately it could be connected to the near by oil pipeline(as pointed out by DB) alleviating the need for trucks, further more Cascadura deep the same sub trust sheet but up dip could result it a similar situation.
But most of all I’m happy they’ve acquired another big rig so when the cash arrives we can develop the block at the pace expected of a medium sized company.

Bully, further to Scott’s comprehensive review it’s not necessary to perforate the entire pay as gas will percolate vertically as well as horizontally not withstanding that drawing gas from too close to the boundary could mar the test sample.
Looking forward to second test on Cascadura where it’s possible we could test double the pay of st1 which produced 10k boe

Well, as we’re bashing PB today. He needs to find us another rig 80 because it would seem that all the 21/22 planned drills development or exploration require a rig of this capacity. Trinidad needs us crack on and there’s the disgruntled investors complaining about pace or info or both. Although it doesn’t make much difference as we have some really decent prospects coming, i was a little disappointed to hear cas deep deep wouldn’t be drilled until next year.
