According to Pro 600k more short were opened and it’s only showing as a lower % because there more shares held in crest accounts. Hedge against a no show at Royston I suppose.

Interestingly Gaubine sits on the liquids pipeline route , I wonder if it will be first drill in phase two?

Just a foot note to some of my earlier posts regarding its ultimate potential, why are the company and NGC installing 200mmcfpd/ 5000 bopd if these production rates are achieved the current 45mmboe would be depleted in just over three years ( I know it doesn’t work like this as after a year production would have dropped by half) even at twice the size and twelve year life the infrastructure would only be utilised for a faction of that time. What does the company think they have?

It’s probably the shorts suppressing the sp in the hope of a raise. Could be an interesting day if Royston’s good.

Hi Lex unfortunately as companies progress to the stage where they don’t need to raise funds ( hopefully) they become less inclined to update share holders. I can recall Andrew Austin saying he didn’t see why shareholders needed operational updates more than every six months.

Thanks Corpse and others for taking the time to reiterate the current value and potential of this company for myself and others and you’re absolutely right. However part of my safe o&g was bp when the Deepwater Horizon blew out, understandably a very minor risk and they say lightning doesn’t strike twice but it’s a risk. But I don’t intend to de risk this if Royston delivers, I see it as high yield divi share.
On the subject of Royston didn’t Coho produce 14mmcfd from less than a100ft of pay whilst on test. I know Royston is a little more distal but not much really and have we considerably more pay.

Lex& DH well done to you two for holding through thick and thin. I wish I was brave enough to add more but in terms of percentage/portfolio it would be breaking all the rules and I’ve suffered some nasty losses in o&g in the past. Having said that my conviction for LT success here is high. The Royston testing is a bit like a cliffhanger movie exciting times. Gla.

LWD, unlikely in a vertical well. Are you suggesting they had pressure issues? One would hope not as they had ample time to prepare for that drill with a rig they’d acquired five years previous which had stood idle until Royston-1.

Finncap note has raised Royston COS from 50 to 75%, regardless the window is wide open just using an extrapolation process ( not that scientific but very often accurate) my current guess for Cascadura is over 700 bcf atm and further drilling will take us LTH to over a tcf. If anyone doubts this think about how the independent evaluation came to a p3 figure of approximately 500 bcf based on a single well.

Speculator is not a prolific poster so I’m assuming that he has a source as I’ve been fortunate enough in the past to have contact via a third party to a drilling crew.
However this board will not change my trading nor should it anyone else’s. Corpse the wife’s quite excited as I promised her a new washing machine if Royston came in.
