Firstly let’s not forget Heritage have a voice in this now, not sure how much influence they have but some for sure.
They are going back to Royston because they can and they need to know more about the inter/sub sheets before making a plan not withstanding Karken which would change things substantially if good but Royston won’t put Cas in the shade, rational, slide 13 of the new presentation.
Permeability 900 md well, it doesn’t get much better than that, I’m guessing that it was the lower horizon of st-1 (stopped by uncontrollable gas) and cast your minds back to the testing maxed out test equipment in seconds and in Paul’s words “ when we shut it off the pressure just came right back”. They tested 170’ of sand which flowed at a restricted 5500 boe ( this is now shut in we are set to produce from the upper sheet which flowed at a similar rate from 345’). When drilling Cas deep 900’ to the NE we intersected an additional 245’ in this lower sheet … so two more wells from this pad accessing different horizons of that sheet will give us another 10000boe ( 90 mmcfd plus 2000 bls liquids in total).
If similar results are achieved on the three new pads to the south and north, the 200mmcf pipe will be full and the need for a liquids pipeline becomes clear
As for the drop off, shell’s ( spits in disgust( first delays and now shafting us on the price))fields came on 18 years ago and are shill running at 45% of initial rates and permeability is not even close to the best at Cas.
Not wanting to go on but ‘900md more for longer’ given that the independent numbers will be conservative the P3 figure is the one you should be remembering one TCF inbound. Agree with Smasher nexts years numbers could mind blowing.
