Dana, assuming the next 2/3 tests on Cascadura go well RRE would have to take on an uncomfortable amount of debt to win this race. Although both under valued at the start of the year there were more uncertainties with TXP.

Hi Dana, old investor new to BB’s. Could share your name, not sure but I think most of those operated blocks are the ones we’re losing.
I agree I’m in here for quite a chunk of cash simply because it’s bonkers it’s not without risk but I’ve added 5k since re-list at under £18 and I’m holding.
Last time I noticed an opportunity like this it returned 8x plus my original investment in divi’s.

Whilst we’re pointing out to old Munchie what he’s missing out on there’s the Dutch sector becoming more significant at a additional 5mbls ( Arran 8.6)( pre drill forecast 2.8m) in an area where development/tie in is almost certainly cheaper and what looks further appraisal/ exploration!! Later in the year.

In my view Jimmy having bought older assets AA has always been quite candid about our Decoms liabilities (others not so) and unfortunately this is the what some investors tend to focus on,add to this the sp growth ( many holders here will not have booked their 12k cgt free yet) and even rolling over equal amount of shares may not have a neutral impact on the sp,and of course the lack of sentiment in this sector.
The bottom line is that this share has the potential to create vast profits for us , I collected over12k on 24/10 representing 15% of my original investment I’m just going to stick around and see what happens downside risks seem minimal, upside?

Agreed Jimmy, it makes for interesting speculation especially as is wasn’t reported Dana had changed its approach after failing to get buyers for 49% of their business until 10 months after the agreed acquisition date, can’t help wondering if it was originally premier’s idea to split the sale.

It will be interesting to find out who has acquired the remaining 25%.

Agreed duster, given AA’s holding a forced delisting isn’t possible which will put off most would be suitors, the biggest risk for pi’s is the board buying the company with our money. AA last word on the subject was never say never. But given AA’s background I don’t think he would.

Not that bonkers, all we need is a $trillion industry and the will to make it work.
Also someone posted here recently about a study by Aberdeen uni suggesting pumping power stations emissions into old o&g fields would not only help aleaviate the immediate problem it could be cheaper than decommissioning.
