Agreed, my initial thoughts were it was a costing thing, I believe they had Schlumberger on site to test Cascadura ( although they hadn’t turned up with the proper kit)and it would be cost effective to test them together otherwise maybe they are fully booked ( like all the f **king restaurants around here).
Not forgetting TXP are obligated to drill another exportation well on block before year end of which Cascadura Deep is a bit of a fudge, but hey ho challenging times and they just need to get on with it.

Most of your post went sailing way above my head but what is apparent is that this is very challenging geology. That being the case, in your opinion was the company’s COS at 50% realistic?

A lot of butterflies floating around this weekend but if Chinnock is successful Cascadura deep could be worse, considering that the drill will serve as a future producer, an appraisal and exploration it could prove up further reserves in the upper stratum whist targeting 500 BCF at lower levels which could make Cascadura almost 1 TCF.

Me for one, I don’t have any difficulty not selling when current value is underpinned and chances of future growth is 50% or better. And this would almost certainly be the situation at £3, In any case Paul said he’d have an auction, nothing like a FSP to lift a SP.

Sipps are ok if you need to mitigate tax wile working and there’s no limit to how much you can invest However your eventual’pot’Is subject to income tax.
Obviously you need to DYOR but as far as I’m aware companies cannot own personal pensions.
I do have a pension for the above reason but most of my wealth and my wife’s is in ISA’S ( both seven figure accounts( but we’re getting on a bit))and there’s no restriction on withdrawal ( or tax) analogous to paying the tax on a bet, enormous beneficial If you win.

Agreed Dana, a3% announcement would certainly be a sp catalyst although any major taking an interest is probably already taking to North( Dana/KNOC Faroe/DNO) which if the case would mitigate there selling.
