Hi guys, I'd love to share the enthusiasm but think it's a stretch to join dots between CMEC and their latest MOU, and us. Hanno invested in his brother's company because energy storage is the future, and because it's his brother. Everything else is coincidence.

Hey JAdam, you should probably re-read what I said over at i3e. Does it look like I was right? How about here and now? I've got 3m here at an average in the low 2's. Go check my posting history and you can see that. So not really concerned either way as I'll be here for a while yet. Can't remember seeing you on this board before though? Are you going to continuously spout cr@p here as well. Is that your thing - trading into the latest share that you know f'all about? Now there's a good little boy and get back in your litter box.

Wow that was quick. FOMO starting kicking in. I think most people, even the traders, can see there's a good 50-150% gain on this one in the coming 1-12 weeks depending on how long one wishes to hold. Starting to set-up quite nicely.

Sorry guys but we'll see the SP drift until the other circa $150m is announced, with detail on how it will be paid. If it's predominantly financed in a non-dilutive way then we'll see a significant re-rate. Best outcome for SHs is for for an extension of the royalty agreement, pre-paid offtake, equity, or a combination of them. If it looks like we need to do a raise people will hold off. My thoughts are we'll bobble around between 4-5p until we get that final piece of the jigsaw. Wonderful company but the most important piece of the jigsaw for real SH gains is the last $150m. AIMHO. we're bouncing off the 4.2p resistance. Hopefully we can get a little more buying pressure in the coming days / week before news to get us to the next 4.5p soft barrier and ready for a nice couple of jumps. If the tariff is still penciled for approval in Q4 and the other news comes in over the next few weeks then I can see us at 6-7p. We'll break 10p with tariff approval - we know this because we've been there before. We have more shares now but equally we're a hell of a lot more advanced with this project and working with bigger / better partners. These are all 'ifs' but an easy 10p+ by year end if that tariff gets signed.

Shows what a few 1m trades will do. Issue is people are willing to sell for a quick 10% gain on this, but I'm fully expecting us to get back to the 2.65-3p channel in the run-up to news in the coming week or two. The reassuring investor call and FOMO will see to that.

Have said it a few times, but this stock tends to jump 10-20% when you have +500k buying pressure. We've seen just shy of that number today. This isn't linear of course and will slow with profit takers, but given the averages of most investors it probably won't let up until we're in the 5's. I'm hoping we can get to 4.5p in the next week or two before some of the well overdue news hits. Then a few 2-5m volume days post SHATS and we'll be well into the 5's. Add historical costs plus EPC contracts signed, combined with a new timetable with tariff agreement in Q4 and we're off to the races. This will get us to 7p and when the tariff is agreed we'll easily break the 10p barrier. But first we need SHATS finalised. AIMHO

Hi extrader, nice to hear from you as always. Agree with your thoughts - All part of the new 'great game' that we've discussed on this forum previously. If China can get their port and rail links in ROC up and running with gov.t support then they'll wield an immense amount of influence over most of West Africa, which we know is home to untold, untapped resources. It's a shame that geopolitical investments take so much time to come to fruition.

AT is of no real importance when it comes to decision making. His job is investor relations, which could be confused with him being the person to make or attract a deal, but he's really just a mouthpiece with some options as an incentive to get the word out on Zanaga. He's also the son of a well known commodity exec, Tony Trahar.

Zanaga is a huge play with geopolitical consequences. It's also the future source of a huge amount of kickbacks for Congolese officials. So it's not as simple as putting up a 'For Sale' sign. China hold the keys. If they want it, and they're willing to pay a fair price for the resource (and pay off the right Congolese officials), then they'll have it. The asset is only for sale to Chinese interests, which is why Rio, BHP, Vale, Fortsecue etc. haven't come knocking. They don't have the connections, influence, or freedom to bribe like the Chinese state. Remember the project is just one part of the puzzle. The owner still needs rights for the slurry pipe and port just to get the stuff out of the country. Lots of opportunity for Congolese kickbacks, and the local bureaucrats know it. The difference with Simandou was the Guinean gov.t put up the for sale sign, which meant meant the highest bidder won, and no future gov.t hurdles.

So the blocker isn't Glencore as some have alluded to previously. They've publicly stated Zanaga is 'option value' and they don't intend to develop the project. They also need to pay down debt, which $2bn would do nicely. And they don't want to get caught up in another bribery scandal, which they know is part of getting things done in Africa.

Reality is we could still be sitting here in another 3 years talking about the ridiculous value in the ground. But I imagine the Chinese would prefer to be half way to extracting another 30m tonnes per year of high grade ore from another West African owned mine (and port), rather than paying crazy amounts for lower grade Australian ore, and having to deal with Australia's throwing **** at them. AIMHO, HTH.

Agreed it was a good interview. Hanno looked far more relaxed and confident versus the previous interview where he appeared as if everything was falling apart. I mentioned previously this stock does 10-20% on +500k buying pressure. You can see how quickly it moves just on relatively small buying today. Hopefully we'll move back to 4p+ in the run up to SHATS and other near-term news items. That should give us a pretty clear run at 6p if the expected news is delivered in the next month, alongside a new timetable that has tariff agreement in Q4. When the tariff is signed we'll be back to 10p. And, we'll have another £1.3m in the bank as warrant holders are forced to exercise at 6p. Don't underestimate the importance of this, as it will mean a modest amount of dilution, but sufficient cash in the bank to take us to FC without any further raises (providing Hanno doesn't do anything stupid like investing it in GridX). Expect FOMO to start kicking in over the next week or so. GLA

And yet look at the share price.

Looks a little dodgy. Total gold poured too low. AISC too high. Gold price realised too low - The price was above $1700 for 11 out of 13 weeks. Let's not even get into Dugbe. Incredible how this company never surprises to the upside.

NCCL will be part of fully bought out if we get to FC. Regarding when, I simply cannot see it happening until legally binding contracts are signed with EDM and Moz across every angle of the project, which indeed could be never. Africa is riddled with corruption and China is well aware of this, as they use it to their advantage wherever possible. For this project the economics are reasonable, but not good enough to be paying out millions of dollars to greedy African bureaucrats. Better for the little local company to get sign off on tariff, ppa, pca, mining licenses etc, and pay slightly more than what one would like for a bigger share of the project, than get stuck in an African 'swamp'. Far better optics for them to be doing this as well. So sorry CF there's simply no way they will buy-in now. And given the way our SP has reacted to recent +ve progress, I'd say the market feels the same.

I think the market is also sick and tired of Hanno's broken timelines and the other bull**** that has accompanied this project. I don't want to see or hear about GridX until this project is progressed beyond all the key milestones, of which the tariff is the first (and we still don't know when it's due). Hanno has been a typical AIM **** using investor money to buy into another company (his brother's no less), when he should be focused on the main project. Very George Roach of him. If indeed Ncondezi Green Power is ours, I'm hoping he has the good sense to say nothing about it until the main project is progressed past key stages. To most investors it looks and sounds like another AIM 'sleight of hand' trick, and represents nothing other than significant dilution. I hope Hanno is reading this, as I'll be the first to shirt-front him at the next AGM if he starts f@cking about with our money and his brother's company. Perhaps the SP action today is because people like me have seen Ncondezi Green Energy...

Yes agreed things are starting to look a little more positive. My views have been stated previously - SHATS, EPC, Historical costs confirmed, combined with new timetable stating tariff agreement in Q4 and we'll move to 6-7p. Once tariff is signed we're looking at 10p. And as each other major milestone is passed we'll start moving toward 15-20p pre-FC. The Shareholder Agreement just prior to FC is when I'm expecting an equity move to be made by one or both of our partners. I'm expecting about $50m per 10% take taken (10p value), which has been written in a previous report and does make sense given the financials of the project. I don't believe they'll do it before-hand as there's too much risk involved until everything is signed, bar for FC. So for H2, providing the 3 x pieces of overdue news are delivered along with a timetable (with no slippage except for the tariff), then there's at least 100% upside pre-tariff signing, and 200% upside when it's signed. We've visited 10p a number of times previously, albeit with less shares in issue. But there's no doubt in my mind that we'll see it again when the tariff is inked. If 20% of the project is taken by our partners for $100m, plus the $50-60m of historical costs and developer's fee, then I can see us getting to CFs 40p given we'll have a cash equivalent of 30p. But the first step is getting the well overdue news and no slippage on the tariff. Then the dreams start becoming a little more realistic.

SP is where it is due to a lack of confidence driven by countless missed timelines. Confidence requires some concrete action from Hanno and team. This doesn't mean delivering one part of the additional information requested by EDM. It means at the very least delivering everything they promised for the end of June that wasn't impacted by Covid - SHATS, EPC, Historical costs. If Hanno has half a brain he'll be working on that news and stalling the new agreed timetable if it looks as though the tariff is going to be pushed to Q1. If the new timetable has Q4 pencilled for tariff approval then we're off to the races and he can release that news alongside the other overdue agreements. Remember we need the SP over 8p for 5 consecutive days to force the warrant holders into exercising at 6p. This will give us an additonal £1.3m, which in turn will remove any funding concerns until FC. That's of course relying on Hanno not giving any more money to his brother. Hopefully not too long to wait now. Surprised there's not more FOMO sinking in at the moment. Shows levels of confidence I suppose.

Agreed, but for that to happen we need the agreed EPC, historical costs and SHATS, which were all due end-June and had nothing to do with EDM. Then we need to have submitted the study, and then, if we're lucky, we can get the tariff agreed in Q4. Once tariff is agreed we will have our 3 bagger. But the fact we're still waiting for over-due news is why we're not higher now. And we still need to see the tariff penciled for Q4 in the revised timetable. Otherwise all of the above news will only take us to 5-6p. No point putting on rose tinted glasses here.

Hanno, if you're reading this you need to do better. At the very least you need to deliver the 3 x overdue news, which were promised in the 'coming weeks' and are now 5 weeks past the end-June deadline.
