Phil Ginge and the other Ginge, you must spend too much time on here to realise that some people are actually nice and genuinely want to be helpful.

Personally I don't agree with Purchaseatthetop's assessment but if he himself believes it then he's absolutely right not to invest. Companies go up in value every day that we're not invested in. It's not necessarily a bad thing to miss out. You can't win them all but let's hope those invested here are the winners.

Phil, I said he's sensible. Not that he's the best.

It's sensible to do your own research which he has.
It's sensible to avoid bad investments which he believes he has
It's sensible to pass on that information to other investors which he did.

Now it's up to others to make their own decisions but instead most just mock him or abuse him. Only time will tell who's right or wrong.

Purchaseatthetop is potentially the most sensible poster I've seen on here so far. Whether he is right or wrong remains to be seen but the guy has clearly done his research far more then most of the people shooting him down. I feel like most have done their research based on the propaganda of this forum.

It is ALWAYS wise to consider the pros and cons of an investment. It seems in these forums only the pros are ever allowed to get a mention without ridicule.

Having said that, I'm invested and hoping Purchaseatthetop is wrong but I'm willing to run the risk that he could be right.

Any directors will be party to inside information that can't be made public because of the NDA that's in place. That will restrict them from buying shares so I see it as a positive thing that they're not buying shares.
Hopefully some very big news to come in the next few months.

Anticipation of a Friday 7am RNS

I don't really do apps as I'm an old technophobe but I've just installed Vox & Share Talk and set alerts for all the companies I'm invested in. Now I can step back from this toxic board and wait for my phone to buzz or ping or whatever it does.

Mike, you're right but that's just where the market set it back to. The RNS actually said nothing had changed since statement on 30th Sept when the price was about 18p so the price could have potentially been set back that low. Luckily confidence in the impending deal is keeping it a little higher.

Guitar, no intention to buy any more even if there is significant drop. I'm in and sticking for now.

Wolster, it's not in my nature to go stalking on his past but I've seen from his follow up comments that he may be a little obsessed with his view on Putin. Luckily he was given a couple of decent replies that answered his question but he chose not to listen.
However I stand by my original point, it is better to answer the question with a reasonable response that to acuse of deramping. If Sunshine is invested (I can't tell if he is or not) then he'll want this to go up, not down.

Guitar, I certainly wasn't deramping. I simply pointed out it would be to my benefit to buy in at a lower price. Luckily for me I managed to scrape in just under 30p. I've done my research and see a potential huge upside on this one however I also accept this could very easily drop 5-10p if there is no news of a deal within a couple of months as confidence may be lost. Obviously we all hope that doesn't happen and the RNS comes with good news very soon to make us all some funds for the future.

I mearly question the keyboard warriors that attack anyone that asks a genuine question or says something that isn't deemed to be ramping.
Genuine discussion seems to be frowned upon in here. Ramp, ramp, ramp seems to be the only acceptable way which is a very poor way to approach investing.

As for your comment of "what fortunate turn of events managed to find your investment arrive (late even) to this company" I'm only late if there is no further incease to the SP, not everyone gets in on day one. I'm here now because a fotunate turn of events led me to sell my company of 40 years and retire with some money left over to invest with. Do you need the companies house link so you can stalk me or will be 6 or 7 posts on here be enough to form a judgement?

The lawyers will be very heavily involved in getting the deal done. They don't just come in at the end with a biro to get a signature.
The lawyers will have been brought in well before a deal is finalised to make sure it's all done correctly. Multi billion dollar deals don't get signed on the back of a fag packet.

The question is, what are we close to? Close to 60p, 100p or 250p?

Ginge, it's nothing to do with the fact I've only invested this morning but to do with the fact most people on this board were hoping we'd have already seen an RNS by now. I see some were saying a 12 week process and we're in to week 16. Every additional week brings additional twitch.

I'm finally in at just under 30p. I can see it potentially dropping a touch more if there is no sign of an RNS just yet. Another week or 2 without bigs news and a lot of people will be getting very twitchy. Myself included.
