That cash offer was 38.6% above the SP which would put EUA at an offer of 41p in the same situation. I hope the businesses are very different and there is a good reason for MCS selling for only a little above the SP. There's a lot of investors here with higher expectations than a 38% rise from here.

The SP has been above yesterday's close for just over an hour. Some people don't live on here 24/7. Clearly you just live your life waiting to annoy and antagonise people so this forum is perfect for you.

When you say ARS was EXACTLY the same, do you just mean the confidence on the forums was the same or was the company in the same position and in a sale process with the brokers and the lawers working on the sale that never materialised?

Even if some would never admit it, we all know there is the possibility that a sale may not materialise here but it is certainly looking very positive and even if there are similarities with other companies where it all went wrong, it doesn't mean it'll go wrong here.

I don't see anything wrong with this hitting 25p again. It'll just give a few people the chance to get in lower and make even more money when it finally goes up. I'm not deramping but while we wait for the RNS, there is nothing to stop the SP slowly creeping downwards and no real reason for it to creep up.

Investors sell for many reasons. Some may be taking their long term profits, others may get scared and run at a loss. Obviously some sales will be shorts. No one knows the reasons for any individuals sales but the one thing that can be certain is that there will always be buys and sells every day on every share.
Just stick to your own reasons and timescales for buying and selling and trust your instincts.

Saying that 7Digital is 70% is a false way to look at it. The SP was only very temporarily up at 4.8p following the Triller announcement. It dropped back again so quickly because it was an over reaction based on potential with no known financials. We now know that the income from Triller is in the 10s of thousands per months, as is the fitness bike deal (the name escapes me atm). Only when these deals grow, new deals are signed and profitiability confirmed will we get back to 4.8p and potentially stay up there any maybe above.

A better way of looking at the current position is that 7Digital is over 500% up compared to where it spent a long time at 0.2p.

Paul mentioned up coming announcements in the recent webinar so we know news will be drip fed over the coming weeks and months. Each new piece of news may bring a small increase and more confidence. Confirmation of profitability will be the next big one but personally I don't see a large increase until the next set of financials which could be at least 6 months away although the announcement of the global tech would be interesting.

Unless you're either in the board room negotiating a sale or over in Russia running security on the mine then you may be a little misguided as to how you can protect my investment.

I can't remember the exact number but it was fractions under 30p I bought in. If I'd bought in a week earlier I could have saved at least 10p a share but you can't go back in time. Just look to a better future with hopefully more funds than today.

I see that as evidence of good research and seeing which way the market is likely to go. The only reason there are hundreds of posts on here every day is because there are lots of twitchy people.

A better rule would be to ignore the clique, ignore any childish pirate games, ignore anyone that brushes aside new posters regardless of what they have to say and ignore the blinkered that only see one side of their investment. But I'll be shot down for saying that so do what you want.

If the global tech is never actually announced due to the NDA then we'd only find out the financial benefit around mid-year 2021 as 7Digital are very slow at releasing their end of year results.

This mornings news shows just how hard it is to predict the market. A positive RNS is released to give the SP an opening 5p just which drops to just a 1p increase over the following hour then suddenly shoots back up to a 7p increase over the next hour. Up and down all over the place.
It's fun to watch and overall a move in the right direction but it goes to show that even with good news, the SP isn't always just up, up, up. If you're thinking of selling, time it wisely.
