it's not a new tie in with TM for us,it's a historical partnership-today's news is just housekeeping-there will be more in the wings.From the facts and figures in the RNS we should be in a strong position.

The key may be in the Techmet description of us on their website "Major strategic value in creating non-Chinese supply of high-value rare earth chemicals with a captive, long-term feedstock."with a US contract for non Chinese minerals secured .Maybe too many cups of tea but I smell progress. GLA

" so further equity investment/TO or JV would benefit from a lower sp. Who knows ? Just just trying to read tealeaves .

to be in discussions and to be seen pushing up the price to a prospective buyer (and whatever they possibly had in mind as reward for the directors) may not be seen as playing the game. There will be enough time for the sp to rise IF they have been having discussions. We will have to know more in the next few days.

@Lovely-I have thought for some time we might be having conversations because of the extreme lack of contact and news,and then with yesterdays announcement involving one of our equity investors (Techmet) and their contract with the US govt to supply REs from Brazil,I can hardly see the desperate US govt. turning their nose up at the minerals they really need from their new supplier.

"IF" a suitor made a friendly general non specific enquiry there would be no legal reason to inform the market,but it would put other information and non legally binding business on the back burner until they had concluded discussions .A polite and informative BoD could announce a non disclosure agreement period which would give them breathing space and also inform Pis they were in discussions which may or may not etc. but that could push the sp much higher.

Prospective buyer could be looking at details before they are collated, and if they strike then the JORC will not be seen before a T/O or possibly JV (then we would see it but after the deal)

I think there's a decent chance we won't even get to see the JORC.
