@Yezzerr-thanks for pointing out China's post,I no longer see his posts as I filtered him a long while ago. His many insults of the BoD and posters became boring and his references to his "manhood, membership of some soppy belief and his English rose",left me in no doubt that all is not well in Chinatown. The shame is that he has driven away decent and very knowledgeable posters away to the detriment of this board .The good news is that they still hold and believe.

@apro-I may be duplicating this answer as LSE is mucking around again. Equity partner and earn in, achieve similar results i.e money in the door. My money would be on a two stage equity deal which through it's nature revalues the entire company, but remember there are probably more than two parties involved in negotiations ,which may be causing some of the delays. Nick is in control and has significant volumes of an in demand commodity at the beginning of its bull run-GLA

Nick has referred to "an equity partner" on many occasions and it would not be inconceivable that AAL would buy a percentage of ARC (echoing the business model they have used on many occasions elsewhere),and then using Indaba to promote the company after or just before that deal would make sense ,particularly if the cost to ARC of exhibiting at Indaba was nil, due to Remy's 2nd place prize last year.

IMO AAL will have been bidding/negotiating before the conf. agreement ,it will be NvS that has slowed down the conversations subject to more detail on the assets.

interesting to watch the MMs games today. They have lifted the offer in order to gather shares and are treating this like any other AIM share, but haven't quite twigged yet how small the "free float" is. They'll catch on one day.

Wasa- yes Ni is a volatile metal but I honestly think that that volatile trading range is stepping up to new parameters, it's previous perception was as an ancillary industrial metal and now it is also seen as a critical "green" mineral. Future lows will be a lot higher than previously experienced . JM will be fully aware that the most profitable thing he can do at the moment is do nothing (finance news excluded) The mineral exploration/commodity/mining sector is just beginning to see the effects of a huge surge in demand which will propel even the weaker players (HZM is very strong) GLA
