The grades indicate a slightly higher average than the local Sentinel mine (world top 10 deposit/producer),obviously volumes/quants tbc so no overall value yet. AAL offer I hope is an equity purchase 10/20% increasing the upside later on for both parties i.e. after we've drilled the hell out of it next season to uncover/confirm 2+ Tier1 s .

AAL advertising (see twitter post as won't copy) for staff and it appears they are pretty sure they have 2 Tier 1s already -we have 12 other sites available "The safe and effective discovery of new mineral endowment through identification of at least two superior value deposits by 2023;" at least 2 !!!! so thats Fwiji and Mus. covered " at a minimum or $250m per minimally drilled tier1 deposit it seems ladies and gentlemen the bids start at $500m do I hear 6 :-))))))))))

@double-to a degree they would have i.e. to make sure it was legal,but the dilligence of an AIM minnow in partnership with a n other is a completely different kettle of fish to what is needed by a multi national who is looking to go into a deal where they can either partner or sell on an asset.They may well be looking at this through the eyes of a potential partner to themselves,to make sure there are no obvious problems in the future.They /we may well also be looking manoeuvre easily now rather than having it as a sticking point later on.The latest NED will be involved in any negotiations,and that is where this has been managed very well .

@doube. it's not the licenses they are doing the DD on,they are happy with those it's the 2 partners who own the minority stakes that are being assessed. They have effectively said "yes we want what you have,now let's just make sure we are confident that the minor partners won't represent problems later on "

I think that AAL showing an intention to progress,means that they are more than happy that AT LEAST 1 tier 1 deposit exists and they want to be involved at an early stage to maximize their future exploration investments. The delay in drill detail/assays can only be for either 1.Pre negotiations with AAL or 2.Accelerate the sp further after the deal. Nice position to be in as we already know the drills are v.good otherwise AAL wouldn't be progressing now.

@Frog-I agree, doesn't tell us about the structure,but it says a lot about the parameters. I Also,if Zam and Zac are not completely able to fall in line with AAL criteria (legal and company) they may be asked to adjust their format/structure to make sure all is well with AAL involvement.If they hold out they know that all AAL need to do is leave them for now,take a portion of Arc and accelerate investment/spending to the point they cannot afford to keep up with their % contribution, and therefore would be in default. Alternatively they both may be whiter than white and its just covering AAL's rear end. The nitty gritty will be interesting,whilst the Arcm sp grows gradually.It will take a couple of days for some to react here,GLA
