AAL's price will be based around what they have been able to look at so far,but DW will know and has advised that the exploration upside is ridiculous,and that is what we will be proving up with them April onwards.

AAL have known from the very beginning what NvS wants,rejection of the offer IMO is not enven an option.DD done and just a few (important)things to put in order

as Lantier says the very least we can expect is a deal, and the price of that in itself will re rate the Mcap/sp ,news on top of that whether it is just before or after the deal will only strengthen the Co.

@bsg-agreed , much,much more news to come in the near term ,and at the point of transaction (or just before) Arc will re rate and the real gain will be on the results of the work done with AAL in the new drilling season,and then we will see who AAL wants to partner them in future mining.

@Kully 1.3 (i.e. diluted) is what I use as well- NvS has said on many occasions "equity investment"-that is not a JV but an agreement where we sell a minority stake but keep control-all guess work though GLA

@Kully-not that it matters but my abacus says $750m equates to 37.5p @72%/fully diluted and $ exch but my money (literally) is still on small equity sale with options and benchmarks built in. GLA

Hi Giais-I would agree with your last link re historical boom and bust,but the world has never seen the impetus that now exists behind the renewables market,it ain't going to end soon.There will be a peak but with an expanding company in an in demand market we will grow quite a bit from here
