I think the accounting date change is one of those ducks,and although I have always believed AAL will only take a relatively small % it would surprise me if the accounts needed to be in synch just for that- We shall see soon !!!!!

@Krull,many reasons for exercising options early not least an impending sale and @Rudy we are operating effectively a clean up operation on a previously permitted major mine site,possibly still covered by previous permissions -no problem IMO

Monarch-I think the plan is to use some of the previous plant/factory used to process the Gypsum that is still in situ,There will obviously be costs but as previously stated,the infrastructure is there.

The operating margin will be very high as it is pre mined ore,and capex is low because plant is already in place and just needs tweeking
