JF, thats what comes of believing everything you read---Nick left because he wasn't prepared to be a puppet,and would not ignore certain facts.He was later proved right and that was where he cemented his reputation as "straight shooter with principles"

The more I look at this appointment the more I am convinced that it is at AALs request to keep tabs on the project going forward.What I don't get is that by this action they are now confirming beyond any doubt that there is a deal in place (Rothschilds don't get employed to manage thin air !) and the market hasn't jumped on it.Rothschild are IIs as well ,and their funds will now know the score and I expect next week to see some IIs starting accumulation .

@Akhtar-I'm still even more firmly now in the JV/Equity purchase camp (Rothschild do M&A and JVs) but it.s all good and I'm thoroughly enjoying the journey.

So is one of the new board appointments mentioned on the Inv Call going to be a Rothschilder ? to keep an eye on things after the JV ? still lots of possibilities !

I think PoD's agenda is clear.if he was to be interested at all he would know how we raised cash in the past and would not be so flippant about the "bit" of machinery-another chancer on a board-well I never ! And if you don't know the facts at least do some reading.It's not even research it's so easily available.We did not build the plant.we just updated it with a budget of $500k and it came in under budget. We have a license and Zabian law states "use it or lose it" so guess what ! Most of the plant is functioning well and it will be "easy" (Don Bailey) to expand production by multiples of ...... it will not take 18/24 mths to begin production (if we do it) Arc are not looking to be a LT producer but if it is a short term method for drilling out the site and we don't have an agreeable offer then it's doable .
