AAL are going to want representation at Board level, and to have an "independant" FA on the inside is just good sense. NvS mentioned recently that 1 and maybe 2 new BoD appts ( Rsch and AAL people ?) -Rsch will be jointly advising AAL/Arcm and acting as an umpire-the twist may well be something like the early days of Voisey bay. What a lovely position to be in i.e. watching a game unfurl as an interested spectator. Someone here or on Twitter said there are very few scenarios /opportunities come along like this in one's lifetime-I agree and the funny thing is all you have to do to take full advantage is "grow a pair" have the power of your convictions and do nothing ! Last night I was discussing with another holder what would happen to the sp today ,and the scenario is getting predictable-No further news so the sp gets marked down and then all shares hoovered up before COP-we are now on the radar !!!!

I believe Rothschild are there at the request of AAL and the deal is already pencilled in. For me it's an equity purchase with a twist and then prove up the assets rapidly and AAL will look to partner another major to build.

No-one was expecting the AAL tie up (did little to the sp)-No-one was expecting Rotschids involvement (did just a little so far) and there are (I believe ) a few more surprises to come before the final round. Nick and Remy have both spoken of valuations between $250m and $8b (of other sites at various development stages) so a real guestimate for me is just to guess the lowest that it would possibly be. AAL and Rothschild don't **** about with junior explorers unless they know there is something significant there-Next week should be interesting and as I posed last week-who is the next new member on the BoD ?

TDT-I agree that the recent price rise is in the most part sentiment driven,but shortages created by contracts like that just make less available to everyone else and then when it hits the fan the real shortage will cause a long term sustained rise and leave the fluctuating sentiment rises look like small change.Bottom line is that there is not,and there never will be enough battery minerals available to supply the market (at anything like reasonable prices) with what it says it will need.
