On Clayton a JV orT/O would be a lot less risky and IMO more probable without proving it up,as it is surrounded by similar proved up claims,so a couple of drills showing decent grades would be a pretty good risk /opportunity for a miner.

Kopara (IMO) will have been wary in the past of taking Arc shares in exchange for their %, for fear of dilution- but faced with potentially significant future drilling cost , and a major investing, they may now see this as their time to deal-or they could just stump up their portion of costs. Who knows ? They might be sitting there with a Chinese backer and go for a RTO when AAL table their offer. It's just one of the things that will "pan out"over the next few weeks-loads of possibilities still and the odd twist I'm sure.

Decent silver (flavour of the month) and some gold-could be a very cheap opportunity for someone to grab a JV.
