IMO it is possible that the news today is relevant to Kopara ( to be arranged by Rothschild)-and may be to facilitate a situation where they (Kop) are not in fear of further dilution should they choose to take Arc shares for their 30% ish,therefore making it easier for AAL to deal with a single entity with 100% of the licenses ??????
