wow! that really surprises me-from your posts tom I had you down as a very young fickle,impetuous character.But the following fable is very apt. Lots will know it already "Two bulls stand on a hill overlooking a field of cows ,1 young bull (tom) and an older more experienced one (NvS) ,the young bull (tom)says "quick lets run down there and have a few.and the older more experienced bull (NvS) says no,lets stroll down there and have the lot. End of lecture GL in whatever you do.

"Bidding war"--very possibly tom,and if NvS was looking for a "punch up" over a T/O,then he probably would have organized it-but as it happens he hasn't gone for that and looks like he wants to explore further profitability in the wider license areas-to the long term benefit of shareholders rather than an instant T/O for the instant gratification of traders.He obviously doesn't know what the hell he is doing and would appreciate your help on the BoD- I'll second you !!!!

I agree Dumb, and profitability on one project (however small at first) will make further financing a doddle and George with his significant shareholding will look to borrow development money and not dilute his/and our shareholding value.

If there was a law Aspen,I would be guilty of breaking it on a regular basis about many things.However on scenarios and trends about a few well researched certain stocks I seem to not transgress that potential law.:-))And if it all goes "belly up" here I can add another subject to my stupidity list !

Kopara would be fools to sell out completely now,(after all this time) they are not-so they would need to remain involved in another form.And in order to facilitate such deals,all sides would need an acceptable trusted third party to all (Stage entrance left......Rothschild) All IMO of course

Thank you for the link Wisha from "a couple of years ago"-ORTAC' not Arc had an Mcap there and as you agree, pretty much irrelevant now-as for the deal-there have been enough hints given out by our BoD over the last couple of years of how they would like this to progress i.e. "Equity purchase" "look at Voisey Bay""maximum value for shareholders by proving up" etc.etc. I have said here before NvS/we are in control,and if AAL pay x for ?% of Arc then we will re rate accordingly.

@Wisha-NvS joined as an NED in 2017-Mcap was not $2m and that's not "a couple of years"- and personally I would not see the type of deal that has been muted this morning as either "stupid" or "being bullied", to the contrary I would see it as clever andcontrolling a scenario to the benefit of shareholders allowing Arc to develop the assets into somewhere nearer their full potential. AAL would probably have loved to have bought us for 2/300m-but they are not in control,NvS is.

@Wisha-when was this a £2m mcap ? "in the last couple of years" yeah right,I must have missed that ! and if AAL pay xyz for 20% of Arc the market will value Arc @ somewhere close to 5x XYZ-the fact that lots of chancers won't be pleased that it's not a full T/O is totally irrelevant-the slack will be easily taken up by IIs who will see AAL signing a deal as the green light to start investing in one of the largest undiscovered /unproven copper licenses in the world.

Similar Kully,I have AAL having wanting a guaranteed option for up to 40/51% when sold to a partner of choice,but in the meantime agree anything like your $20m for 10% will re rate our sp/Mcap-all still possible-don't blink-more twists coming.

1 twist (option closure) occurred already and a few more to come would be my guess,before deal news. Lovely to watch ! Sit tight ,hold on and don't blink.

Lantier-the cancellation of options makes perfect sense when you take into account all of the interested parties. Careless tweet,lol
