When George mentioned (on the IC)China not being the destination of some of our future minerals,I wondered then if we might get some grief ? This might be it,are the Chinese strong arming Burundi as they don't have a contract with us. I asked the question" do we and if so how long is our supply contract with TK"- it didn't get answered specifically but alluded to and now we may see why. China won't like losing some of their grip on REs-we may suffer short term,but George wouldn't be investing in new plant if he didn't have this covered IMO

@Longfell-rather than negate the dd (dd will have covered the overall legalities surrounding the company ,it's assets and license areas),I see it as NvS sticking to his numbers and the AAL BoD (who would ultimately sanction any deal) wanting a bit more info to confirm the NvS upper figure is justifiable .Probably one of our most important drills to- date.anything around .5% will be good and above that its "Bingo"

@Graham,until/if there is clarification we won't know for sure ,but there are a couple of things that may well have happened- NvS will be doing thing properly and when able ,things will become clear.One thing is for sure that if it was MM selling shares and he has now gone below 3% (or even Zero)then the share supply to the market will get tighter very soon. As with all in life "timing is everything".
