so am I right in saying that any suggestion of theft could /should be directed to the final processor (Chinese) who would state what the basket mix and quantities were. We have a rough idea before it leaves and accept payment for the bulk mixed ore at an agreed rate, but until it has been processed no one would actually know.Burundi seem to be saying the overall mix is higher than originally stated by RBW-and they want a processing plant in Burundi that will exclude the Chinese processing- Sounds like they want to do what Indonesia are doing with Nickel-Indonesia were able to back up their ambitions with finance-Burundi are Chinese backed and I can't see China stumping up cash to diminish their control of the market
