Not too long to go on the grand scale of things Uncanny. I feel I'm starting from zero now so any positive news is good news. Still Unilever helped brighten my day yesterday!.....

They do use the word "expects" So don't be disappointed if they delay again. They have four months to file.....we were promised the same end of January. If they do delay again, we need more than just an announcement of that.

If the sp reopens higher that 20p (i appreciate I am dreaming!) I would probably sell enough to return to my original investment. I got greedy at the end and doubled my stake! That said I have written it all off and thank you Apple for covering the cost!

They could try and sweep up Churchill cheaply if they are concerned there are grounds for appeal but I doubt it. Having said that, they are only winners if CC don't take Churchill further in this dispute and ask for annulment. Until then, there is still doubt.

There are some very significant points which could justify a successful or partly successful appeal and Maestro has outlined and I am sure the BODs and Clifford Chance are mulling these over and we will know soon enough. There are a few massive investors who won't stand aside if they see good reason to instigate an annulment and they won't leave a stone unturned so if we get an appeal, there is significant hope. Otherwise no one gets anything.

Down to CC and the BODs of Churchill to put forward a good case which I have no doubt they will do but it would be good to hear a little more from them! It's not as if they can influence the SP... that said, Maestro, you are doing a great job.

Fingers crossed that the BODs feel they can take the decision to file for a revision and / or annulment application so that we can get a market back here but they will need to have convinced quite a few that they have a strong case so if they do proceed, it will be excellent news. Morally we deserve something but unless the BODs can get support from its main shareholders and CC this goes nowhere but we will know this by COB Tuesday if Churchill stick to their statement.

If there is no appeal for a revision or annulment then we are finished and we should know that by next Monday a the latest. If the appeal goes ahead, it means there is serious backing and there must be a reasonable chance of some success. No one will fund this unless they see a positive result. We have so far been shafted but I support the optimism of Maestro who has done a great job here. We will know soon.
