Jaf, You say you have moved on but you haven't. You have the view the shares are worthless which of course they might be ......we will know soon. To answer your question, i make the odd post because I believe we have a chance, albeit a small one, so I disagree there is no hope and, if you read my posts, I think they are pretty balanced but no need to jump of the bridge yet!

With the greatest respect Jaf, as much as I admire Maestro' positivity, I don't understand your negativity. Sure we could well walk away with nothing and I don't like the odds but there are a few shareholders with very large interests ...and I don't mean here. If we get annulment or appeal, it will be for good reason and we could get something but of course with none of this we her immediate closure so we have to wait a little longer. When you say you have moved on, you obviously haven't as you continue posting here. You must just have the thought that we might just get something? I guess you are in a win win situation...you are either right or will walk away with something. I just hope you are wrong but good luck to you.

I see no more than some saying it's not definitely all over yet. If there is justice, we should get a decent return but I think the positive posters here are being realistic and saying it could even should happen that we get something but not that we will. I think I have seen enough that we get an annulment but that doesn't mean we get any value. We are all in this together so one is allowed to hope. GLA

It's a rolling bet and the margin looks like about 25% of the potential loss if it's total. I think it rolls to 6th April 2029 so should be sorted by then!! They charge a few pence per day to roll it though.

My immediate interest is when I have to pay IG for my side bet which is showing a nice profit at 37.75 from when it is suspended haha! Will have to give them a couple of grand if we get a near zero price. I've written mine shares off and moved on so anything will be a profit and it's not over until the fat lady sings. My holding will stay until the end. GLA

Well we were promised and update /advice buy COB tomorrow which hopefully will stop the speculation of the next step. GLA.

I was referring to the update promised 28th Feb but I appreciate confirmation of the other dates.

The Company expects to be in a position to finalize its advice to shareholders by 28 February 2017. Let's hope no more delays. Tuesday we should know more.

Sorry guys, I sold my final holding today on the back of GDG falling again yesterday. I made money elsewhere and decided to take the hit. Leaves me holding Greka engineering where they offered me .8 direct a few months ago so of no value. Good luck to all the posters here over the years and hope this does bounce back but the AIM market is finished for me. Am in the process of being screwed on Churchill mining but can't complain as life goes on. Take care. AJ.

I'm not sure where you are coming from blitzed. I see recognition here that we lost the case but there is the right to appeal for annulment and the arguments, by current shareholders, are in support. Until the idea of an appeal is dismissed or fails, the shares could be worth something so I don't see what you look to gain from your comments? We can't trade them so best to encourage the BODs with any support that comes to mind which scwhat Maestro is doing. Your advice to them seems to be tonjavk it in and declare bankruptcy and for what purpose unless you support ROI?
