There's a lot of optimistic talk of a settlement here and I hope it happens but judging by past behaviour, I fear the ROI will play this right to the end so my hopes are not high. I just wish I am wrong. Like others I would like closure.

I see Maestro's comments more as a "don't give up hope" message and "that we still have a chance". His reasons carry weight but we all know we can be right and still loose. We all hold something that on paper is worth nothing today and I see no reason not to hope that right will prevail. If there was ramping and deramoing going on and we were lusted, then this would of course be another matter.

I just renewed my house insurance with AXA by internet with electronic signature. I guesss if I claim and they don't pay up, I'll go to the ICISD and loose!! The more I think of it the more Crazy the result here. They took our money which validates the deal as far as I am concerned but I guess life is more complicated than that.....still we could still win. Keep up the good work Maestro....

I hope there will be a settlement but I fear they will take this to the wire. Up to now they have the result they wanted and probably feel with time this will go away. The don't understand right and wrong, compromise nor fair play. I fear they believe the problem will go away if they play it long enough and Churchill will run out of funds.

I will cut my IG side bet but run with the rest until the end but might buy a few more if we see under 10p

I don't disagree but I would be surprised not to see an RNS when/if trading resumes. The suspension came in an RNS?

@blitzed I don't recall anyone suggesting some didn't have the right to post here? That said, I do seem to remember that those who suggested there remains some hope, albeit slight, were told to move on but seems like I got confused. Put it down to old age. I welcome your balanced opinion particularly when it's polite.
