Not sure it's appropriate to have a go at Wasa.
@billyrvalentine
"the drum is being beaten hard by Jeremy who will get this over the line…."
I have more faith in the new management tbh.
@theAccountant
It’s not obvious to me that they would be looking for a takeover. Their best way of salvaging something from this is to build and operate the mine.
I agree that massive dilution is on the way.
It’s very likely that existing PIs won’t be able to participate in whatever fundraiser is coming, but there’s nothing to stop them buying stock at current levels to maintain their stakes.
Except lack of funds, obviously…..or lack of appetite for the risk……..but otherwise nothing……
Well that sucks
If it is Canaccord/Marlborough it’s an incredibly badly handled order.
Bizarrely I think the 158s were sells and the 157.999s were buys. I did a tiny buy and sell price enquiry earlier in the day and was made 158 - 157.999.
Maybe one MM has got himself short outside the spread and is bidding up to get the stock back, but doesn’t want to lift the MM on the offer because he thinks that will push the price up
I just did tiny buy and sell dummy orders
158 - 157.999
"Yes and don't forget also that Janssen will be very up to speed on how effective SNG001 is from all the Universal data."
I’m not sure this is right. I don’t think SNG001 is involved in UNIVERSAL?
@BarcelonaBill said "bigger holder selling out for profit, price will go up when bigger buyer's order is fufilled. Manipulation in its best sense."
It would be more conventional to say, Bigger holder selling out for profit, price will go up when seller’s order is finished.
I don’t think it’s manipulation, I think it’s just supply and demand. Nothing goes up in a straight line. But I think you are right not to be worried.
I put my daughter into these. £2 by year end, I told her. Reasonably confident we’ll get there.
Was that based on the misleading UT price?
**** up rather than conspiracy i think
"It’s being held back to fill the orders then Boooom!"
I know I’m being repetitive but that’s honestly not how it works
You'd think that if the science has been the same since 9 years ago they'd have found a way to commercialise it by now
Right now they won't get any at 140....it looks like they are bid over 141
Looks like the price on one of those trades has been amended
@StrummerJones said …."Would I, right now get a million shares from the MM types, for a fraction over 140p....... Emmm. Thinky not.... "
If an MM had a seller of 1m shares at 140, yes you would get 1m shares a fraction over 140. You’d have to find the right market maker though.
As it happens I think it’s more likely that the two 500k trades are either investor sales, or two sides of a put through

I thought Canaccord were on the register as custodian for Marlborough Fund Management’s position?
Either way, I don’t see any reason why being in the middle of a buyout would result in them selling their holding. I mean, they might still be selling, but if they are it’s not because of the buyout.
