Spacerat - I went down on Saturday and agree that most people were more interested in the drones but that was to be expected. There was no one there from AFC but I understand they were due back today and assume that they just do not have cover at the weekends. The airport reps were happy to discuss the fuel cells although they were not able to say anything not already discussed on this site.
Post on linked showing the tower. Gives an idea of the size which seemed to be of interest the other day.

A former colleague of mine has posted this photo showing the current progress with the urban airport in Coventry. Thought it might be of interest.

AFC has posted the following on LinkedIn.
Peel Hunt have now initiated coverage for AFC Energy. Please contact Peel Hunt or visit Research Tree if you are interested in viewing their note.
Does anyone know what the implications might be?
Thanks
Sturmtrooper presumably you think Bond has also managed to mislead the directors who have recently invested? Those people will have an excellent understanding of where the business is at and would not not be willing to just throw their cash away?

With COP26 - UN Climate Change Conference commencing in Glasgow today, we are pleased to confirm our CEO, Adam Bond, will be attending a series of meetings and events in Scotland over the week to reinforce the critical role #hydrogen will play in meeting climate emission targets and how AFC Energy plc intends to play its part in supporting our transition to a more sustainable future.
Aim I have been here six...some might say we are both numpty for have had our cash tied up for so long without realising any profit!
I never said any promises have been made. Information has been provided which clearly intimated that sales were round the corner and investments will have been made on the back of that. That is why investors are unhappy.
Aim, not everyone has the luxury of being able to wait the months or even years that you think they should. We all have different aspirations and if AFC have suggested that news will be forthcoming in the short term which I think they have, then those who have invested on the basis of those suggestions have a right to question where the news is. I'm seeing a lot of shareholders who have been very patient over the years who are rightly getting frustrated. AFC can't keep saying that sales are imminent without backing it up.
Garonne if you feel the need to set one up then I'm sure that there will be some on here who are ready to join you. However I recall AB warning during his presentation back in May that taking initial contacts through to the signing of contracts would take time. I therefore am happy to wait a bit longer before getting concerned.
Also states here that 'AFC Energy will be providing an off-grid, rapid EV charger using its HydroX-Cell H-Power EV Recharge system' ://thebritishmotorshow.live/2021/06/28/sitting-on-the-electric-fence-then-come-and-try-out-the-latest-evs-at-the-british-motor-show/ You made a sweeping statement without doing much research Daz.
Daz, I have not looked through the whole of the web site but if you scroll to the bottom of the 'Whats on at the Show' page, https://thebritishmotorshow.live/whats-on-at-the-show/#is-plug-and-play-really-here-to-stay you will see that the motor show is in association with AFC (among others).
